Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul was blocked from boarding a flight Monday by the Transportation Security Administration in Nashville, Tenn., after refusing a full body pat-down. “I spoke with him five minutes ago and he was being detained indefinitely,” Paul spokesperson Moira Bagley said. “The image scan went off; he refused patdown.” Should Rand Paul have agreed to the patdown or do think the Patdowns go too far?

For plenty of people around here, “put on a swimsuit” are fighting words, and Cape Cod National Seashore has been the battleground for baring it all for more than half of its 50-year history, our news partner the Provincetown Banner reported. Over the years, nude sunbathers have quietly – and not so quietly – claimed some of the park’s more secluded beaches in Provincetown and Truro while maintaining a precarious coexistence with the park rangers who dole out $75 citations, or worse, to anyone they catch. Should nude sun-bathing be allowed to take place on the beaches on Cape Cod?
