Just two months into his federal prison sentence, convicted felon and former House speaker Salvatore F. DiMasi is returning to Massachusetts to testify before a federal grand jury in Worcester. Whether this is voluntary or not is unclear. Howie asked the audience if they thought that DiMasi is a Rat making a deal to cut his sentence.
