  1. Will Ron Paul Run as Third Party Candidate?

    Audio

    10/28/2011

Whether liberals, conservatives and true populists like it or not (and many do not), the most likely outcome of the nominating process is a general-election battle between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney. This opens up a humongous opening for Dr. Ron Paul to run as a third-party candidate. It has been said of Mitt Romney that he has been a liberal, a moderate and a conservative. What will the next Mitt Romney be? Is there any serious conservative who trusts him? Of course not. If Ron Paul runs for president as a third-party candidate against Obama and Romney, he changes the entire dynamic of the campaign and totally transforms the national debate. Will it hurt Republicans if Ron Paul runs as a third party candidate?

Following in the footsteps of New York Times columnist Paul Krugman, Senator John Kerry (D-MA) called on the media to censor Tea Party ideas that he and others like him consider "absurd" or "not factual." "The media has got to begin to not give equal time or equal balance to an absolutely absurd notion just because somebody asserts it or simply because somebody says something which everybody knows is not factual, it doesn't deserve the same credit as a legitimate idea about what you do," Howie was outraged and asked can you say fascism.

    Audio

    04/06/2011

The Internet helped propel President Obama to the White House in 2008. Now his former press secretary, Robert Gibbs, could be headed to the one of the Internet's most dominant companies. Mr. Gibbs is in talks to join Facebook's communications team, a job that could be worth millions in salary and stock options, according to The New York Times. If Gibbs accepts the job, he would be one in a string of Washington veterans to join the Facebook team as it continues to beef up its presence on Capitol Hill. Should this be legal?
