" Well first of all our our security at the borders are broken and our immigration lawyers are broke it we understand that additional ought to be able to have. So that this is this just part of the system fit to make sure what we gotta get back to law. Respect for the law we gotta get back to law at all what are we going to get back to a secure border we can say well we don't pass this legislation will do it sometime in two -- three years because it's got problems. Look if we pass this legislation we ought to continue the day after its side it'll all work on the problems that it's got what -- the idea of throwing in the towel say no no we can't do it this is too complex this is too weak this is too bad this is too -- we know that we're going to happen more and more the trouble attention and and exploitation and less security but security of the United States. Let me just five wind up with this an -- my comment not a we have 900000 people that are born in Massachusetts. That -- other countries 200000 of them are undocumented that represents almost almost 10% that -- represents almost 10% of our Pakistani population and yet there are 70% of our employment base. " I certainly recognize that senator is a good start question why will the bill have eight tilt in terms of looking at a balance in favor of Thea -- reunification all would have a bell -- a tilt in favor of the pursuit of skills.
