" Well we risk and being an enormous amount of money we have been spending an enormous lot of money and the play it was an -- they -- It is the fastest growing part of the budgeted eating out. Or more label before billion dollars increased spending they gave -- to what we're spending before the bill is enacted. It's grown by over 51% after you factor in inflation. And it really we looked at just beyond. Be official statement that both the governor I've signed this month laying out the state finances what we're spending. We put together -- the Medicaid numbers say we put together the commonwealth election numbers. I would just the public exchange that was created when the bill passed. And I don't think it's portable under the the under the current system and I'm afraid that -- beat. What we have is a competitive marketplace in which hospitals that have leverage with the insurance companies IE the insurance companies don't wanna offer planners say he can't go to Mass. General. That would hurt them in the marketplace so they make special deals with -- Mass. General to pay them more for procedure that would cost a lot less somewhere else how do you fix that."

But isn't mass general's leverage driven by the fact that. When my mom is it -- procedure. You know my daughter for example needs something my inclination is to say. Mass. General it's the greatest hospital on the planet I'm not fool around with my community hospital so it's driven by us the patient whether it's. How much I am -- gonna prop up the federal government if this is gonna cost them as much of that."

" Sure absolutely I mean we're not even considering any of those. Those issues like. Well practicing church which is forcing doctors to practice. Defensive medicine and driving doctors are out of the profession we're not talking about across state competition didn't governor and bragging about bringing got insurance. Can't churn rate by opening up competition. Any hadn't gotten a single up competition. A month. Health insurance in -- he's looking to put caps on those which is gonna make it less competitive as we go forward."
