Years lines are open you may call now. -- my patient care coordinators in the office that she always is on Saturdays to -- a lot of times and overflow calls -- awaiting your call yet and as she summed it will actually -- did not carry too shy to talk on the radio. So -- shield is you'll -- can you believe that -- so are they don't want you know I don't know that one given there whatever bush is something to do call Lauren. And MI up she's 617964. 1449641440. And you can go on the audio on demand section you can listen to one of our older shows and they actually do audio streaming T to listen to current shows -- yellow -- there's a little bit of a delay but."
" Com I have a question Goran had. I'm in my mid forty's now and I have a question about the ice yes I've been considering. Getting my upper eyelids. Done yes. And to maybe ninth round her. Right and to -- can't decide which way to go if I should go with just the eyes and the brow just the eyes or both."
" Okay that that's a good question and as -- looking in now. It looks like one year prize is you're left looks to be a little bit more effective than your right. Gonna browse a little bit lower in the go a little bit more anxious skin I'm here. Left. The way to figure this out. Jamie is to actually. Elevate your brought to the level where should be note for those of you could -- in the audience. What you need is for you should know what's clear Aurora which is the bone above your that the edge of the bone there anything you put your finger -- the -- And in a woman that that settle for a little. Yeah right right right or read about your -- whole ball that goes right there on your -- around on this phone into the party local -- party for it right right behind driver exactly. A woman's eye brow should be about Tom a fingers breath you know above the eyebrow Foster mother of above them bone. And issued -- social from the -- nose -- your should -- upward. Right so what you do if you take your hand and you put your eyebrow in that position finish your eyelids totally looked perfect. And all you need to brow lift. If you put your eyebrow and that normal pro corrected position and your eyes still look at the centrist and then you need. Both the brow lift the end so eyelid skin. If I look at you and your eyebrows already in that normal position and hasn't dropped at all and I still look baggy then you just -- which is called them. Up from the book for -- pretty easy to tell -- how how invasive is that trial yet. The -- visit me what you have to use actually you know your serve it's like a face of of the of the of the forehead you're taking the foreheads continued -- from the Boland you're actually advancing it -- you actually literally pulling the eyebrows up. In the different techniques involved with doing that. But it is still moderately involved procedures have -- very quick recovery and usually very good results but it's it is a bigger procedures and pilot proceed we usually just skin. Or is gonna Motorola phones and on line one we've got Linda who's also apparently interest denies. Hello Linda you're on there."
" Yet how I kind of felt great television show thank you haven't I have bad kind of my eyes and I'm just wondering what is Steve what the pros and cons. They. Related surgeries versus traditional food he lets you as the bad couldn't find much more expensive than the other."
" Fred Noe knew when you say laser surgery of the as well what exactly do you mean."
" Removing the bad kind of the yes a light I thought I heard a big has -- done little lasers -- you Iran's."
" Well I I think what you're referring to is the fact that lasers have been used around I mean aside from obviously lay sick in those kinds asserting that those cancers that affect your vision. We're talking really about removing bags from under the -- And lasers have been used to actually you know cut the skin so. Instead of a scalpel or scissor. Which we use you can also use a laser to to cut the -- And -- through parallels to do I don't really see any benefit to that it needed actually kind of slows the procedure down you have to invest in the equipment. To that of the laser you have to be very careful running out because I was you can mobilize them defeated there I was a laser. So so really I don't see as it offers any particular engine you can cut to scan anyway you wanna cut that would do tonight. The scissors but doesn't really change of procedure Olympia it doesn't change a procedural because it's a procedure -- to make that decision yet to peel back the skin and muscle is to take out that extra fat. Then you reposition the skin and cut off the interest -- And so packed together so. You know it's pretty much a straightforward procedural whether you do with a laser or rule in any other way it shouldn't matter much to this was just a cut on the skin you -- The rest of it's pretty much the same in the pricing shouldn't be any different but it wouldn't be surprised they charge more for the laser -- diplomacy lives are very expensive and wanna. Selling us something cool and modern and you know cutting edge yeah but I don't I don't see an appointment."
" So it's the latest figure doesn't minimize blood blood that promote."
" Healing now now. I mean it's literally stood up -- just cutting the skin and as long as you're the good surgeon in your very meticulous -- pay attention dull little blood vessels and playing it all those little leaders. You really shouldn't have any building you really should have very little bruising your they're really there -- with an -- perceive you should have virtually no blood loss."
" Great yeah it's and then secondarily -- get to have surgery is there any cosmetic cream out there that will help reduce the book of bad service without just hype but you."
" It's it's mostly just type in garbage I mean half. Actually it's mostly just type in garbage and the problem with most of these screens is that there really in effect remote almost anything you have let's goes over the counter. He's not going to be very fact there's obviously anything it's over the counter his his very diluted and and very weak. Com so. You better -- going to physician or physician's office we've got a surprise caller we've gotten senator Scott Brown and they are. --"
" Yeah. Thank you for calling thank you very much for calling I understand you're on a bus tour today."
" Yes we have been a great -- were down but we're just getting out they're going on state games are really ought to -- and she."
" Well I'm really happy the -- we I don't know if your eye opening but we -- post a couple questions about can David beat Goliath can men beat the machine you'll mr. Smith actually make it to Washington. In Massachusetts cast the vote they'll be heard around the world. And send shivers through Washington. --"
" Good to assist people don't vote in it's not -- against the machine more just against the machine and and I'm hopeful about -- I took place the you know markers. Well -- we you know being made it to the point of being malicious now yes I don't -- negative. Which India I'm hopeful that should reflect the issues that people are concerned about so. We're working very hard -- and and -- did you show obviously you know militias are a people's lives and I did have a moment I appreciate your calling them. You know just noted you know -- with the healthcare bill you know yes and you're gonna -- religiously -- Massachusetts and we can do better and I can kind of record during -- Shock wish everybody well and I wanna ask them if they can. Earlier this servers to get out and vote on Tuesday and -- everything is left. Good question actually changed his job spurt a lot of servers -- and he's getting them we can do better."
" We will we will do that you thought I my main concern really about the health care of delicious that. I'm really afraid about government taking over health care I'm really afraid about what it would do for my patients in terms of telling them when they could have. Mammograms -- when they can have colonoscopy is -- when they could in fact you know take medicine and and C doctors and and I know that we Europe of opposed to the bill. And would vote against it if put in that position."
" Generated by our vote yes because it's not -- we -- 90% of our people insured we have. And help those hospitals doctors research facility -- facility in the world business like people come here. And no -- actually saw plan. Is clearly not good for our state. We should encourage -- state to. If you're still there are citizens whom worked with the federal government can actually export our knowledge of our planet that would be pretty bad about it series understatement. And you know hopefully won't do it but there's issues but this one size of our customer. But virtually no you have aperture -- in America they're and back station. In carver the biggest problem -- where there's always. Are these sort -- from Il yup it's the sudden burst in the yes. I think that's really -- situation are we can do better so -- your spirit your interest in another caller on track."
" thank you so much for calling reluctant he's got our support it -- much. -- they still that was just got brown who is running for. The United States senate seat formerly held by Ted Kennedy. And he. It was addressing some of the issues that are a big concern to me in many in my patients. That is the -- government takeover of a health care. Which as I've spoken about on this program I think is just a really bad idea it frightens me. I've worked in England four year. I a have been in Canada I have friends who who practice their. I looked at the health care systems in commercially in Italy and France and I can tell you a -- this country has actually the best health care anywhere in the world. What was some of the problems when you're in England with some of the biggest problems in their -- of the biggest single biggest problem was. Rationing of care. And the other really big problem was -- people had to wait for example the one. Thing I can point to very easily. Is some you know and hip replacement is this replacement surgery have diligently has hip replacement surge when there. If they're so bad they literally can't walk and when you get to the point where you have to wanna from arthritis sort from trauma oil multiple multiple causes. You need to have your hip replaced as you literally can't walk so you know in this country you if you. Got a deposition you'd see your doctor industry you know he you really need a replacement will schedule for hip replacement as we can never in a traditional burial they get him. But not waiting very long in England when I when I was there the the waiting list this is I was in 198788. So long time ago. The waiting look listen for the have propose you have certain hip replaced with five years. Wow so some would have to suffer not -- the law and have just incredible disability for five years."
" That was that you said it was an 8687. An 878 and according to this article. In The Wall Street Journal nothing has changed."
" says he's probably got worse but. Then the problem was that you there was no incentive for anyone to do anything more than people just who were relegated to just having to way to know the work. Number of patients that I took care I mean remember there was a paste that has had a surgery. His prostate. And he had after surgery had vomiting and -- a -- is a soft is called the -- house esophagus it's a not uncommon problem after -- when someone comes and it's a survivable injury and it's it's serious it's very serious and requires intensive care but a survivable. And this goes -- seventies and it was perfectly healthy you know. Otherwise. -- trusted operations some of that age -- you don't look fairly common operations and dumped and left. -- into the icu and after three or four or five days. You know he was slowly turning around but -- he was gonna probably require him to be in -- for another couple weeks before he would be completely. -- so one day in my attending the other day who was my boss came in and said you know we've done all we can't for mr. so and so and you know -- bird on the so what can mean. Does so well you know after a few days it's an internal don't have the resources to keep them alive. Ten I'm not joking about this -- distant that they literally went over to the bed and pulled the plug on overall he died. You can't know and I felt like I was part of a murder I mean I felt like I was. I've never -- intellect is an I was used to taking Kara mentioned to Beth Israel hospital. How -- sitting -- people who -- much much sicker you know who could survive much more serious injuries in that much where I'm. Ill patients. And can literally died and went out to the -- the parent that the families and sons and daughters and said you know. And we're sorry mrs. so and so we -- we could -- he wasn't turning around and he's debt limit below thank you very much like her everything you've done we appreciate whoever that was that. And -- and they were numbers of of instances like that where. Where they would you give people a very short small chance to survive if they do in this that we we don't have the resources. To continue keeping these people the best deal we need them for younger people and you know once you get over 6065 they were like really reluctant to give you any kind of significant cares what. It's less than the whole year there you know operating in the system and getting very familiar with -- and and and and after being trained in this country you know for. At a very you know and Harvard institutions I was used to taking care of everybody all comers and just you know full court press and most of them did quite well. So was quite quite a change for me. Going to the Senate took a long time to just I just never felt good about it and there -- many patients for example who who never mated to the hospital there GP would go to their Palestinian general partition go to their house. And would dump actually inject them with what they call on the palm but which in this country would be equivalent of morphine. And we just let them die you know peacefully at home they would never bring into the hospital needs she if you would just decide that. They didn't have the resources to bring the -- hospitals going to be too expensive they were too old. And that you know was frowned upon to bring an older patient to the hospital because it was gonna cost the system too much money. Became very top -- with bureaucrats it became very ineffective. And the -- Horrible I don't think a lot of people understand what it truly means to have that kind of medicine and their country. Yeah I mean we do not want to give up control. He you do not want people who are not doctors controlling medicine because I can tell you it is a serious serious problem once it's gone and never again at that when you have that liberty. When you give up control. When you equality it's gonna go down your price is gonna go up and it's gonna be a horrible situation. Well I hope everybody gets out most -- were supporting Scott Brown we hope you do to. He's the one person that can save the world I believe from this terrible things comment -- Jerusalem is 617. 266686617. 26666. -- this is changing your life."
" Doctor Russo Russo and his talented staff. Call 6179641440. His office awaits your call -- 6179641440."
" Welcome back I'm dug through so much. Change your life we're here to answer any and all your questions about plastic surgery and medicine. In and then joined today by Tammy from -- recanted and we are discussing."
" We were discussing your -- cup brown called in the cut through everything -- and had to deal with that whole part of mad TV seeing socialist about your face. We talked about your guys to your browser I think we kind of established. How to determine whether neither brow lift. Or your eyes done or both of you do you know other questions. Well I would like to know. Yet -- Tilley said let's hear ready get your biggest bang for her. What's the smallest buck and a in terms your fishing and Andrea let me hear your I think he -- near mid forties. Yes yes so I mean you are showing some of the early signs of of aging you know which is primarily manifested in in volume loss. -- as women age. They lose volume in their faces mostly in the from a fat. So the -- starts to go away. Primarily tied into estrogen levels and other home moral of the changes we all -- but it happens more women than men. And in order to look -- again you've got to replace that volume and you have you know lots of choices you can put -- your station component. Sculpture which we can talk about rilya I think -- let's look radius which the filler and -- are still lots of different things you can do. But it does this fat the last. Well the nice thing about fat is that you know it's a living tissue of course so in sitting in your bullets and just think we say it's and you have your -- or your side or someplace and it was living T take it out of that area. And you transferred to your face to those cells will. Do their best to try to survive so those search for blood supply the try to get integrated your normal blood supply that they do the live there for a long long time. So it has that the tendency to be the longest of the most permanent type of replacement. But it is a bigger procedures and these other you know things -- just get -- enjoy it because you have to harvest it from somewhere -- in your -- you know. Thornton and injected -- so it's a minor procedure. But it is a Peabody has that. Potential shall we say of last along with many others. And probably having the most dramatic results yet if you're talking about -- death has the most dramatic results. It definitely. You know mean nice thing about it it's your tissue and you replacing it with what's been lost in you have analysts and unlimited supply -- but you can take as much added I don't Timmy has any supply and it Humana thing. The we're gonna go to the phones because I'm outlines what we've got large. --"
" More and it Ariana and Lauren -- and you Dylan. -- then what's going on the incidents. You know it's fit these feet I -- it technicians he hair smooth. I actually just got a -- from a -- that that had a question -- Leo -- it. He actually had eight got a -- his cheek. And at a key questions wondering when he should command our consultation -- it's still -- healing. Keep using the term that -- now on it without Piaf content and he was wondering. It's his. Dermatologist -- pulls him to. Media have CO2 done for it -- But he was also wondering what's the difference between DOJ to earth action now when America."
" Okay. What I guess first and as soon -- the US a to a 79641440. In the office today and you're there to take calls to set up appointments to do pricing to answer questions. Sent to vote for the newsletter that sort of stuff. How have people sign up for the FaceBook it was official both address."
" Time that they sign up side is going at eight that dot com and looking at it. So that fruit though staff. Basically just type and that nation -- they don't come up."
" Okay and we want them to become a sand. Yesterday to mark the Cingular and you know here are the special event -- we updated -- grew thanks did you discover brown before."
" Yeah I heard some at the moment bringing a lot -- now."
" Oh -- go back to the phones thanks as far as the answers the question. I would wait -- the -- is all gonna burn patient -- once it's all gone come in and antiterrorist. The difference between CO2 -- and fractional lasers at the C two was a more aggressive -- of the factual is like essentially a fraction. Policies CO2 laser -- it was both teams that you would suggest for a black. You don't have to see -- I'd have to see that and in my I might say no treatments necessary and might say something Marley he's hardly you know it's hard to dissuade Suez deal a thread this go away and -- we can always immunity from a plastic surgery. If you -- make it better. It's -- we're gonna go back to the phones and online one we've got Todd. Todd welcome to."
" Yeah -- and to -- it thank you. I can get kinda say. I am every younger brought all why it's not belonging. And I want to say that. He's going instantly -- is it. Is absolutely. Order yet and I probably. I. -- but 46 I thought well you're -- that there are out there. And I -- I understand why people are looking into our lives you know. But I -- maybe have a little bit of a problem with bit. -- Natural beauty up. It's what it's all about that Justine who you are what you look like hundred dollar bought my -- there. Is an aging woman that looks beautiful that is so -- and whatever I give -- execute give her. I -- I look forward to speaking you're about it later and then I'll take my comment. The air."
" Okay they say it does now this is an interesting call because we had a call like this last week on the -- debut plastic there was a guy who call. Yes and says you know -- I think what is growth I had kept -- fan you know wants to have his lady -- nothing -- she neither really looks fine. About her girlfriend we know who had it done and had a good result and she's town might go might often about it and I'm really a good fasteners that looked. You know but this isn't about you this is an admitted men have to understand this when your brother included. And you can tell better than I can because this is what you guys talk about but. Women do this for themselves to women do this to feel better about themselves. To look better. Not because there of conserve their brother doesn't think there -- attractive or their husband -- what they do this because they wanna look better themselves they wanna feel good about themselves. They share the stuff with their girlfriends. And they do it because it makes them feel better. Right and -- men try to stop it what happens if they wanna do it anyway. And -- and they start fighting with. Yeah I mean how many winning committee and -- the money and you don't tell another husband yeah -- vote tell about it and it's not that they. Are trying to necessarily be with you the secretive but it's just that -- guys don't really get it."
" Well it's funny they actually talking about this because. Somebody -- six point 0726668661726666. See related JavaScript and all mention any names. That I had been dating. Was. Very against me having anything gotten my case. And Julie knows that at that time I was actually considering it then I was afraid. That I didn't want to do it because he is still against --"
" And would you do."
" And time again."
" And it wasn't because I still money it went as you felt that he would be -- says lord just not true what was what was going on your mind."
" little ability --"
" Maybe not respect me as not doing that but I I kept quite -- that I have to re enact some -- decision yeah that just because it's something that they wouldn't do that's okay. Quit that's their decision and you your respectful that they wouldn't do with the need to be respectful if it's something that you choose BR."
" division of buzz in this was a personal choice and and you know it any it is really a different thing from men and women and men remember doing this mama."
" Many Arabs are afraid of and then. Woman yeah -- that that she's gonna come out looking. You know like that cat lady the F."
" Well sure and also there's a better as a subset of men that are nervous at their wife from growth or whatever will become much more attractive to -- to two other men. That we had that I about a few times in fact I just had a case of this recently patient where a patient has had a breast augmentation. And you know as a came together the puzzle was gonna have something done she was gonna have such a breast they came in together they were listen to the show here."
" And just. Before the surgery with the -- for the surge to a -- to my wife my husband's freaking out he doesn't London have the surgery he's afraid of them with a find another man I'm gonna become word of a probably a kind of and march practiced and she says can you talk to him and so yeah. I'll talk to be here he didn't really wanna talk -- little embarrassed about it and then even the next day which have asserted and a lot of girlfriends brought to proceed wanna bring me was very angry with. Then to -- association had a -- did a great result. And he actually does it's very happy she has done a a little bit you know embarrassed that he'd put it but this is not uncommon for men and then he just answer your recent. But men you know really have have a different sort of person perspective -- perception though of this whole field in -- depositor and sound and then the thing is. It's okay do -- really wants it is to a subdued day personally should have the right to do you do."
" It either way melody that -- can make sense that the man actually thought that there with a new woman yup oh and most of the time it's very very positive. I mean must attend the end result there go my god you do look better honey and you know. I'm sure some YouTube are concerned that the things Michael wrongly winner had a very so that's always the risk obviously was surgery. But you know by and large this is this is -- minute stuff that is in terribly -- were 6172666868617. 2666860. We have by -- with any and all questions you might have regarding plastic surgery. Yeah that we look -- chocolate sculpture now we have to we retirement yet faced him yeah I think people -- and you know itself just ten. I know I don't -- game. Well you know none of which have a Phyllis if you rejuvenating your face you -- and you you're at a point now we -- starting to see some of these changes and you look at -- with the same budgeted offend you. Sculpture is a product that is called a bios stimulator is it is a product that causes you -- your body to make its own collagen so you put it in these these this product dissolves in the course of about just six weeks or so. And once it's gone it is the -- of you getting rid of it is cause your body to create more collagen so the year we've put a -- pump up to get a thicker and Fuller. Now half -- need to -- this -- generally do once and you will about a month to do it again. The second treatment and then after a couple months you assess the situation and if you feel like you want a little bit more you can get a third treatment but generally most people do two or three. And how long after you have the injection does City College in two is that Clinton's -- yet and it started takes about a month to get the machinery revved up and started. But once he gets it going. It. Continues C Sierra. Hit a continued -- she had her sister had it done having -- our very national but it it's a slow process it's like grow and I make you know he's like growing grass it's not instant gratification yeah like -- I'm of this -- blasting -- Well the studies that they've they've done to ensure that allows for -- to see if it did this Dunston is two years out it's still there are two years you know how much longer than up when north at least two years a home. We're gonna go back to the phones and online one we've got Paul asking about breast reduction. Paul you're on the air."
" Good morning how are you welcome to the Joe thank you for calling -- you're welcome our. Books were covered up the white white she sported a -- and yeah she's compliant about the third or broke you know to -- And cheap surely tell them reduced and I worry about the rest on a complications and then -- so. What do we could just."
" Well you know have breast reduction is one of those situations where most women who were in the situation. That you describe for your wife. They have physical very physical pain in the usually have neck pain back pain shoulder pain. They're in -- limited in terms of the exercises they can do an interview trying to lose Wednesday after. So it becomes a physical problem becomes a painful physical problem. And most -- who -- in that situation. Benefit greatly from breast reduction because it really does. Relieve a lot of the pains -- they have on their backs and shoulders and can industry allows them to. Lose -- to be more active so but for most people it's a very successful operation."
" It's what above the rest and recovery."
" I -- I think that is the biggest risk with breast reduction surgery is discarding because in order to take out all that breast tissue and skin you you have to make big scars of recall. It's like an anchor incision goes around the real down and across underneath the best. And that's the single biggest. Who risk -- outside if you allow he had downside then of course and like any other -- they're the same kinds of risks that you. Would have was don't want -- of -- shouldn't have too many -- into an area of course. And of but the recovers very quick recovery mean most people are -- their -- quite comfortably after just a few just -- about a week."
" appalled the risks that are associated as with any kind of surgery you when you're going into the hospital under general anesthesia correct."
" for young healthy person are pretty small -- thank you for the call Paul thanks Tom -- Yeah that's that's that's a problem palm that becomes worse with time as the breasts along gays and -- father wished that just Baltimore slick. A lever means farther of the basket with the chest -- a more pain and discomfort talk about a life changing. Yet that is it that is real life changing surgery. Changes the quality of life for most women. I mean you -- these women don't what initially wanted to went -- because oh it's this is it's it's fun element -- they're gonna go into because. My back -- my -- again grew from the straps in my pro mice brought a get mass -- under my skin I guess fungal infections under the under the basket. I have all these problems. And they just can't move in a very well. So that's an opera."
