" Well I I think what you're referring to is the fact that lasers have been used around I mean aside from obviously lay sick in those kinds asserting that those cancers that affect your vision. We're talking really about removing bags from under the -- And lasers have been used to actually you know cut the skin so. Instead of a scalpel or scissor. Which we use you can also use a laser to to cut the -- And -- through parallels to do I don't really see any benefit to that it needed actually kind of slows the procedure down you have to invest in the equipment. To that of the laser you have to be very careful running out because I was you can mobilize them defeated there I was a laser. So so really I don't see as it offers any particular engine you can cut to scan anyway you wanna cut that would do tonight. The scissors but doesn't really change of procedure Olympia it doesn't change a procedural because it's a procedure -- to make that decision yet to peel back the skin and muscle is to take out that extra fat. Then you reposition the skin and cut off the interest -- And so packed together so. Which as I've spoken about on this program I think is just a really bad idea it frightens me. I've worked in England four year. I a have been in Canada I have friends who who practice their. I looked at the health care systems in commercially in Italy and France and I can tell you a -- this country has actually the best health care anywhere in the world. What was some of the problems when you're in England with some of the biggest problems in their -- of the biggest single biggest problem was. Rationing of care. And the other really big problem was -- people had to wait for example the one. Thing I can point to very easily. Is some you know and hip replacement is this replacement surgery have diligently has hip replacement surge when there. If they're so bad they literally can't walk and when you get to the point where you have to wanna from arthritis sort from trauma oil multiple multiple causes. You need to have your hip replaced as you literally can't walk so you know in this country you if you. Got a deposition you'd see your doctor industry you know he you really need a replacement will schedule for hip replacement as we can never in a traditional burial they get him. But not waiting very long in England when I when I was there the the waiting list this is I was in 198788. So long time ago. The waiting look listen for the have propose you have certain hip replaced with five years. Wow so some would have to suffer not -- the law and have just incredible disability for five years."

How -- sitting -- people who -- much much sicker you know who could survive much more serious injuries in that much where I'm. Ill patients. And can literally died and went out to the -- the parent that the families and sons and daughters and said you know. And -- and they were numbers of of instances like that where. Where they would you give people a very short small chance to survive if they do in this that we we don't have the resources. It's less than the whole year there you know operating in the system and getting very familiar with -- and and and and after being trained in this country you know for. At a very you know and Harvard institutions I was used to taking care of everybody all comers and just you know full court press and most of them did quite well. So was quite quite a change for me. Going to the Senate took a long time to just I just never felt good about it and there -- many patients for example who who never mated to the hospital there GP would go to their Palestinian general partition go to their house. And would dump actually inject them with what they call on the palm but which in this country would be equivalent of morphine. And we just let them die you know peacefully at home they would never bring into the hospital needs she if you would just decide that. They didn't have the resources to bring the -- hospitals going to be too expensive they were too old. And that you know was frowned upon to bring an older patient to the hospital because it was gonna cost the system too much money. Became very top -- with bureaucrats it became very ineffective. And the -- Horrible I don't think a lot of people understand what it truly means to have that kind of medicine and their country. Yeah I mean we do not want to give up control. He you do not want people who are not doctors controlling medicine because I can tell you it is a serious serious problem once it's gone and never again at that when you have that liberty. When you give up control. When you equality it's gonna go down your price is gonna go up and it's gonna be a horrible situation.
