Dollars or more jumped from fourteen to 19% of civil servants during the recessions for. First eighteen months. And that's before overtime pay and bonuses are counting. Our count it. Federal workers are enjoying an extraordinary boom time in pay in hiring during a recession that has cost seven point three million jobs in the private sector. -- certain attitude in these stories whether it's a Boston Globe now now running.
