It’s no surprise to Massachusetts residents that the (for lack of a better word) “service” we get from our utility companies sucks. Every year there’s a storm, and every year ratepayers sitting in the dark are told — as Gov. Deval Patrick said this weekend — the utility companies are doing a “terrific” job. Who is to blame for people still being without power?
