A Rasmussen tracking survey has former House Speaker Newt Gingrich just three points behind Governor Mitt Romney in the South Carolina primary race. Meanwhile Newt is making a big deal of Mitt Romney only paying 15% of his income in taxes. Guest host Joe Battenfeld did not have a problem with Mitt's percentage given that this was on investment income and Mitt already had paid taxes on the money that was invested.
