A Massachusetts-based super PAC organized by unions and seasoned Democratic political veterans launched its first two ads of the cycle against Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.). Rethink PAC's effort is dubbed Rethink Scott Brown and features two online ads targeting the freshman senator. The first ad, labeled "DC," uses Brown's words against him. Brown is heard bemoaning the high level of unemployment and high education costs as on-screen text states that Brown voted against extending unemployment benefits and for cutting Pell Grants. Another group targets Brown's likely opponent Elizabeth Warren. Do you pay attention to these ads or are they inaffective?

There is both confusion and questions surrounding a new Tennessee state law. Starting January 1st, voters will have to show a photo ID at the polls. But certainly not everybody is happy about the change. Three years ago, Sadye McCain cried as she cast her vote for President. "I was in tears. I was almost in the hospital I was so delighted." But already this political season, it's a different kind of emotion. "This is a slap in the face," McCain says, "for all the efforts over the years to get people involved in the voting process." So far, there has been the greatest concern from senior citizens without licenses. They are worried the change will prevent them from voting and silence their voice. Should people be forced to show ID's at polling places and in hospitals?
