Mitt's Flat 15%
A Rasmussen tracking survey has former House Speaker Newt Gingrich just three points behind Governor Mitt Romney in the South Carolina primary race. Meanwhile Newt is making a big deal of Mitt Romney only paying 15% of his income in taxes. Guest host Joe Battenfeld did not have a problem with Mitt's percentage given that this was on investment income and Mitt already had paid taxes on the money that was invested.

Chris Christie is urging his political ally and choice for republican nominee former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney to immediately release his tax returns rather than waiting until April as currently planned. Guest host Joe Battenfeld felt the Governor should not release the returns especially before the South Carolina primary.
