Tyler Beede, the 18-year-old Auburn Baseball player who was selected in the first round of the Major League Baseball Draft by the Toronto Blue Jays in June, will attend Vanderbilt University in Nashville. At approximately 12:30 p.m. on Monday evening, Beede posted this message on his Facebook page: "Toughest decision I've ever made and I couldn't be happier with it! Going to Vanderbilt getting the education and gonna win a national championship first! Big leagues will always be there, see you in three years."
