Explosion in the Gulf of Mexico was more than two years ago it's starting to be settled now how many workers were killed in that in that accident. They were eleven people killed when the deep water horizon oil rig exploded and sank. And I think would you know you mentioned. What we saw yesterday was kind of the first. There's there's been a lot of money exchange -- now is -- tried to settle this over the last two years that yesterday it was the first time really that we. See now a criminal charges and and reduce the attorney general so it can justice actually starting to be surface explosion. We talk about. Criminal charges the two men that were charts were dawn Vedrine and Robert could lose 6563. Years old respectively. Hard for me to imagine I'll sit up here in Boston hard for me to imagine. That these guys would have intentionally done something to kill their coal workers and their eleven coworkers. Well I think what you're going through what they're their lawyers said which is basically they feel like they are. Being treated these two guys which were the two well leaders space with the being charged with the negligence there the last ones to be checking the readings combo for the well actually exploded. And that they didn't communicate any problems whatsoever so that that's the Justice Department thanks. I think from the -- we've spoken to so far is they're happy to see criminal charges period. I think their lawyers are happy to see. That individuals are being. -- accountable for something as opposed to just going after the company you know especially when you look at the Wall Street crisis picnic that Justice Department has taken a lot of heat. For -- senior bankers have been arrested. You go after companies instead of individual nobody being held accountable. I think folks are looking at -- this is kind of a change in tenor for the just part and immediately a good direction to be going. I'm going forward corporate issues like this but I think you know even to the folks who just aren't that yesterday mrs. Maybe a small measure of justice but nobody really feels like this is going to make anybody feel better about what happened to doesn't have. And just not sure they got the right two guys. You know me I think it goes higher up the food chain but that's just my impression after having studied the story for a couple years do you agree or disagree. Yeah I mean -- it'll be interesting I think that a lot of the stories certainly pointed to two these two gentlemen but and and a thirty ticketed for lying to congress but I think. You right there were. This wasn't just to. ZD a year old -- leaders know there are a lot a lot of people only once senior executive being charged to a lot of senior executives involved in the decision making. My receipt and just -- that they were looking at a lot of different people these the people that thought they had -- case on millions of people that they thought they could actually prove in court.
