If he opens up the second restaurant he's going to be subject to the penalties. Of obamacare because he goes or fifty employees right and the numbers didn't add up he couldn't afford it they didn't open up the restaurant. And so this story can be replicated across our country. Because obviously -- concerns about obamacare. In terms just dead. Interfering in the physician patient relationship all the other issues that we worry about it obamacare. Did this one about it hurts jobs. It's actually a penalty in terms of wanting to expand your business because. For for many businesses that they give -- fifty employees they have to pay the fine or. They have to be able to provide that that plan exactly how monikers as you have to answer -- and the costs have gone up because of it. It's almost all these people that that could have had jobs didn't didn't get to -- they don't they don't know why they lost their jobs they did they just know they're still unemployed. And it's just that it's in your right does this there's -- to be hundreds of thousands if not millions of people how many jobs. In the private sector small business owners are holding back. They're holding back because they are worried about the impact of the president's health care law they are worried. About them what they hear from Washington they hear from the president -- running -- your taxes. Their regulations coming from Washington. From all different fronts no matter what kind of business after all kinds of stories. And you know I talked about it a little bit last night when you look at the national labor relations for the department elated EPA. And it impacts businesses because it costs a lot of money you have a small business. You know the big businesses it cost them but they make it through because they have the mountains of accountants and lawyers small business it's you. You know it's -- and a couple of workers or it's you know you don't you can't parity all that that team to comply though the federally regulated right. It's like it's like -- obamacare government T. Boone Pickens is gonna he's always gonna have a good doctor to seek a -- -- -- but it's the it's the people who work for him. They're gonna lose their their. Gold plated health care and under obamacare and it's just it's just a word so. I'm fortunate that this this is the I'll come disguised reelected. It is unfortunate. In this story is my personal story too because I talked about it last night. My husband started a small business and has a small business that his brother's family business. And it was I saw some started you borrow the money you worry worry about making the payroll. Everyone in the Stanley Works on the business -- -- even if you have a day job that was not my shoveling the snow fine because that's how it is. And that the notion that that these business owners to borrow the money insert throughout his didn't build it.
