President Obama told a college graduating class "As An African American You Have To Work Twice As Hard As Anyone Else If You Want To Get By". Howie thought the President has no concept how hard it is for anybody since he has been handed everything on the affirmative action train his whole life and that being a white male is now a lot harder than being a black male.

But we are -- before go to talk about ever so humble we're going to talk about it a the amnesty the new amnesty program. It's an illegal alien amnesty that was announced by the president number six months ago -- so I can't I can't told the Ras or somebody some group of illegal. Quarter on quarter advocates couldn't do it because -- mute congressional approval. But it looked at poll numbers and decided he could do it because you want to get real like that well -- it's it goes into effect today. It lawless some registered illegal in -- legislated illegally amnesty becomes reality today is the United States citizenship and immigration services begin to officially accept applications no personal and -- acquired from almost two million illegal aliens seeking quote unquote deferred action. So -- what the poll questioned one of the results thus far. Do you support Obama's illegal alien amnesty program. No absolutely not follow oddly enough in 99%. Saying now I'm suspecting that 1% aren't here illegally. Yes there're probably they're seeking they're seeking deferred action joining us now on the line is Bob -- from the Federation for American Immigration Reform. And I east he's here about this he's got a -- column on this only on the foxnews.com. It's the only it's what we call. It's in its link to in -- that's how we cart dot com if you like the checked out. And this is this is just and this is outrageous that the -- when it's it was the first time it's been done. Bob by I remember back in 1996 when Bill Clinton was running for reelection he see grease the skids to naturalize about 90009. New Democrat votes and it turned out about a third of whom were rough -- correct. Yep and if history repeats itself Clark you know what we've got going on today. Our federal government opened the doors at 9 o'clock this morning and officially began accepting applications for probably what is going to be. The -- -- it's certainly is gonna be the second largest in -- in American history but yes yeah I mean to take -- -- -- -- 9686. Particularly 86. What we're promised. It will probably be far exceeded were talking about two million illegal aliens are gonna apply. And Howard they're not Talking -- and despite what the media would have us believe they're not all of them valedictorian you can be up 8230 want them. And that's a pretty big percentage of every illegal aliens in this country and so it's very clear too broad based in. And are already read it I've already read some stories and some of the liberal rags are saying all all you know Jose is 32 when he he doesn't he's just global to Walden and can't we do something nice for him because she's -- such a nice life in here in the public housing projects with his section mates and his -- an easy BT cards chatter at -- You know I'm sure you read the same stories have a -- Like you know the if if the requirements are so loose on this thing they you don't practically have to even have finished high school so. You know bet torpedoed the idea that we're -- a bunch of highly skilled illegal aliens to the work force plus. A lot of the kids. Actually worked brought here through no fault of their own you've got about seven out of every ten illegal aliens under the age of eighteen who get caught at the border. They're not being dragon with their parents they're coming here. On their own and that is of course that number is gonna skyrocket now because spyware of this amnesty. We're simply encouraging more by the way. If you're reading the mainstream news media and edit and I think it's kind of fun to take a look to the newspapers that you would have no idea there was an amnesty. Wouldn't. Now I mean the Washington Post today application process starts for residency hopeful. Boy is it that they you know they they write these headlines they're designed to obtuse -- that make the stories appear extremely boring right immediately when they break the right boring headline for the story otherwise people will be very angry you know that's. -- -- act as being the Seattle times says waivers point young immigrants. To a new victory. What that does not set up. There are four processing center is being setup. Today to accept the applications here's the really nifty part. You don't have to actually go in for an interview you can do it by mail. Because government just threw up their hands it was a completely half baked idea because there's too many applicants to do theater. Much came up what that of course it's completely half baked. Everything he's done and the three and a half years has been completely -- -- Do the math on this if you have two million illegal aliens apply and that could be on the low end if you got two million illegal aliens applying over the next year which they will. And there's 200 -- forty working days men probably generous for government workers. That means there's gonna be 8333. Applications that they mean there's not enough bureaucrats from here to -- without ever process all of that. To the net result is they're all going to be reversed it. So eighties and so no one's gonna do when he background checks on these people. -- here's the problem with the back it with a background checks we took a look we were up late last night reading through all of the rags. And the problem is. That you do not need to submit original documents. In order to get it looked. When you apply figure it illegal aliens you're gonna get deferred action through what. Mean what does deferred action mean I don't understand. Deferred action does not exactly -- it exist in the statute it means you -- given relief from removal for a period of two years. So you gonna be granite that then. Sort of like you're it's kind of like -- released on personal were podcasts. You know and and and that's something that it's important that it's 401 time prosecutorial discretion as. Given a judge -- latitude to give in a rare and exceptional circumstances. It really rare and exceptional circumstance the opportunity to have deferred action OK you don't have to leave here your mother's sick or something like that right but what used to be granted it's now. It's now under the Obama administration and entitlement -- point four. So you could get it. Then you'd get. You work authorization. Then you're gonna be given a Social Security number now here's where it gets kind of scary because once you get the social number you can march right down to the DMV -- itself the driver's license but wait -- -- If you don't need to submit an original document. With a little cut and paste and copy machine you could submit forged birth certificates and military records. I mean you and I wouldn't be able to put under the champion give anything without an original birth. All exactly my kids my kids or teenagers I've hit the -- -- the -- ball I've had to go to the bank to get the that -- -- -- birth certificate out of the same the safety deposit box. But but admit they are Americans so it's different it's different roles for Americans as opposed to illegal aliens. Well a double standard is gonna have a doubly good deadly consequence because this circus is completely violated our the first the most important recommendation of the 9/11 commission. You gotta prove who you are. Who you say you are when you apply for a license. In this is our department of homeland. -- promulgating this. Kid can Romney reverse this if he's elected president. It's going to be tough because -- You know this is really kind of the short bridge to -- that that the next if the next step. And it it it there if they're going to be sort of grandfathered. Idea and it's going to be very very tough but it just turn this around. 802 says he wants to apply for fresh start I think -- I think he's probably got some surcharge -- -- offenses as a you know is paying too much in auto insurance can he start -- -- an American citizen to start over again republics of deferred action. Well look what about our dreams and in a -- put it that million Americans who were all unemployed underemployed looking for very hard to find jobs in the net effect -- this is going to be flooding. It's bad economy. With an additional two million illegal aliens looking for work. May be looking for work or there at least going to be crowded welfare officer sold into the -- you get the drivers licensed. If you get the driver's license you know -- you -- even gonna have to like I have an anchor babies or anything to get on -- I mean that's usage is going to be a lot. I mean we all know illegal aliens are on welfare now which is gonna make it easier for them to be on welfare. It's certainly -- a lot of quest that mean what about instate tuition would about a state that. Currently denied to instate tuition. Like Massachusetts. Like to ask theoretically but yeah I mean we don't really but we do it's on the box yet or. Unemployment benefits or -- -- voting led thirty you know and they're not supposed to vote but you and I have watched this push for the DREAM Act being. Co mingled with the get -- -- that it get out the vote effort that has been every voting official in the country's gonna be given very specific guidelines that. These two million illegal aliens are not supposed to vote at -- I think that's something we're gonna have to watch very carefully. You know we spend more time figuring out planning to. To -- their house and DHS gave to thinking about all of the downstream consequences that this thing in the making it up as they. 00 on. Seoul -- all you have to do when we get to actually industry that will go to phone lines here. 21 of these four offices. Set up by Homeland Security. Fill out an application all you drop but he put it in the Dropbox or you mail it in. And then you and then they send you back a rubber stamp saying that you have a guy you've been given this deferred actions situation so. No one's gonna so then you can take the deferred action slipped down to watch down to the DMV you're the army whatever it's called in your state and you can get a driver's license and. Little -- -- -- -- -- where DHS is going to give you an appointment to have a biometric check which in -- also think of fingerprint -- But they -- but the rags on -- in the process are not well articulated just yet on that. What's good isn't it -- that the process starts today in the middle stop but it has not been figured out exactly how they're gonna wise and implement it. Buy a bottle at the by the way it's -- they've suffered just popped up would do -- we you're just talking. The US CIA yet. Ali be it if it's the United States customs and immigration service that's. Actually there right across the street from him looking at them now. They are big government agency that's gonna process all of this they've just announced. That they're expanding their hours. To accommodate every time zone and they're now going to be opened for the next year on Saturday. But wait a minute I it think about that the federal government it's closing post offices. Thinking about that as scraping Saturday delivery and firing. Postal workers but they're extending the weekday hours due to accommodate illegal aliens. Well what's you know it's kind of like what happened here in Massachusetts last week Bob I'm sure you're heard about it that the the state of Massachusetts decided to send send out -- Voter registration forms to walk to all the welfare recipients including illegal aliens and the but they're not sending them out -- with prepaid. Envelopes to mail back your voter registration forms but. Beat letter these letters will not be going up any taxpayers just to illegal aliens in welfare recipients. It's pretty tough to say which is -- -- city it's sort of pick your poison here I mean the harms the under the rule of law byte by rewarding. Lawbreakers. That's one thing. Then you've got the manner in which president did but he insisted on constitutionally to is sort of yeah. Candidate he he admitted that the beef it's six months before. He admitted he had no authority to go with six months before he said I don't have the authority to -- it. Exactly any keeps saying that because congress won't act I will -- wait -- minute. Congress did act less than two years ago the United States congress voted down the DREAM Act why because the American public open to you don't. There's no do over. Between the executive and the legislative branch. Well I Democrats don't have a majority -- well in the congress. In the house. So a democratic congress voted down the DREAM Act. And -- the democratic president refuses to accept the judgment of the democratic congress and just decides to go ahead. And an end in institute program that the vast majority of all Americans of all races colors creeds. National origin are opposed to. Like I. Week we can and we need to have a serious bipartisan. That's thorough discussion and analysis on what to do with the illegal immigration issue. But we've got to do it in the in in the duly elected body of congress this president. And -- just I don't know how hard to say I always gave the middle finger to congress and the American people when it simply use an executive Fiat. To do the same thing that congress would have voted down. Be -- our interest or -- the legal process. Democrat congress to -- -- I repeated Democrat congress it's like it's like with -- got our governor appeared Massachusetts he's -- and so outrageous with the illegal aliens. That the Democrat legislature in Boston is overriding his vetoes. You know I mean this. CD this is insane. These these these BB CEOs. Our are going against the wishes of their own party there are all elected officials. Every. Captain every time it's done it creates a the higher plateau and more and more precedent. This is. Yes it's an immigration issue but displaying the manner in which it would done it. It's like a shock wave to the orderly administration. Not only -- immigration laws which are chaos. But I think that the very core of the constitutional system. I find this has been extremely legitimate maybe -- issue in November for America. It's 203 says I'm Hazmat CDL driver to cost me seven BA box every two years for fingerprints who's gonna pay for all these illegal fingerprints. The cost of the operation here is estimated to be about 585. Million but again you know that's probably -- a real low ball figure. What are they gonna have to say again we American citizens have to pay to get fingerprints and unless we've been arrest that. But -- but are these people gonna have to pay to get fingerprints. There's a 485. Dollar processing to be it's a world away by electric chicken for the work application but there is they wide sweeping guideline that says it -- -- -- financial. All well. I mean you just saw in other words any answers Mel -- the other words no words they Hazmat driver who pays 78 every two with two years for his own fingerprints is going to be paying for the illegals fingerprints. But it. What can congress do about this nothing much right now Canada. Well 88 yeah I mean and it in the absence of -- I -- I guess I have to give you you know just pure pure honesty there's. It's just not a lot. That. Our constitutional system affords us when you got it it is chief executive abandoning this is completely abandoning. His oath of office now it. I got a little good news is that about an hour ago I'm hearing from some congressional staffers here. And they're telling us that the congressmen and the senators -- work for him and they don't anonymously names. Aren't going to cooperate with the Newton new deferred action in the event that they get illegal alien constituents coming to their office looking for help evidently this morning. US CIA as the federal agency whose whose managing all the sent. Around all of the off -- -- capital guidance on how to -- the case work. And some of the offices -- just tearing it up. And 71 says I I've seen I've seen people -- at the train stations that I being handed these applications forms. Like the advocacy groups are just handing it out by handing -- the people. At the bus stops and train stations that. That's already starting and as shortly as following shortly no doubt would will be an extensive underground black market emerging that this is gonna sell off pony -- receipt to prove residency. -- high school diploma spot away you don't even need -- high school diploma that's five days ago. You needed to have graduated high school today with the new regulations and they amendments to the new regulations. All you need to do is show a and -- dependence in a course leading to visit successful ultimate completion of icicle come dot. So and so is so in other words you you know Obama goes around the country saying he wants everybody yeah everybody in the country of have a college degree not that not that they're worth that much to begin -- But now he's allowing more people to come -- who who have no high school diplomas we don't know they win if they can he. We don't -- some of these people don't even think speaks Spanish they speak the Indian -- I mean you're gonna have to hire people when they get arrested you're gonna have to hire people. -- why did it come to court these these people -- -- already on the payrolls to want to service interpreter and ended they'll be needed in the emergency rooms don't mean this is. Wondered does -- what a complete disaster. It's being sold as an economic in sort of -- catalyst for for for the country but. Added that's complete nonsense. Because how are you gonna contribute to the economy when there's no surplus of jobs all this does is just -- more people into the economy competing for scarce jobs we keep adding. Instead of reducing immigration with this. It's just the mythical status they believe that more people coming for jobs is gonna improved in americans' chance of getting one it's not. Right 187746943224618774694322. And for every Jeffrey -- OC don't guy coming over from Cuba and starting Amazon you you have you you have a million than ever that are gonna end up on us some kind of welfare. -- what even getting a two year college degree nowadays with the economy with you know high tech economy required value and it's still expecting a going to instantly spiral that you went to a higher income bracket. And a government that will likely continue to be made worse once they're made legal because why. Then they're eligible for more tax credits of and they put them and more government benefits plus. Ultimately hi how how is adding two more million illegal aliens. It's going to be a net contributions of the country when they'll likely effective it's setting a precedent for yet another. If this is depressing you folks -- just remember that Bob and I and everybody else has given you the two million figure relying it's going to be a lot more than two million right Bob I mean that's just the -- that's just the total bottom line number that's it. It's like -- it's like 1986 how many did they say we're gonna commit in 1986. One million and I think there was three and a half and and the thing I mean we should have learned if we were going to do this and it was legislated. Even before a bill was gonna be legislated which would in the proper thing to do their -- should've been a commission appointed the blue ribbon commission. It would experts view where you sit Downey take a look how to protect the taxpayer and national security. How is it gonna effect the labor market and in the average American worker not a bad has been done. In the spin. -- tell -- and going back to 1965. Vice that I stolen memorize you you know the I don't remember it were happening but I remember the words are Rodham. -- I think was Bobby Kennedy said -- you know after 33 or four years of this everybody wants to come to the United States will already be here and then then then then there won't be any. There won't be any major immigration to the United States after we you don't get this I get these. Two with three million people in the country and it's just it's just gotten worse and worse and worse and the problems are greater and greater. And dates just if there's there's no wind it's like let's take a couple of calls Bob I appreciate your being with us. Bob Davis from the Federation for American Immigration Reform what's your website Bob people -- to dot -- Theory US dot org FA IR US dot or Paul you're next with how we card Bob Dane from -- go ahead ball. City. That afternoon you know I really don't think the American public cares about illegal immigration. -- self employed -- more people coming to. Ask that -- also are. Illegal immigrants and no Americans company will -- to jobs in that Americans working for me to charge more. Because of that to pay them more ideal. -- -- -- -- The only your -- at -- with America prices by -- you're hypocrite then huge. -- -- They're doing so. So yeah I greatly. Make sure I made sure that people blew a mile long term our our run our run at least illegal aliens I did do that Paul who want to -- I mean it. You -- want to. -- construction jobs or money yet it's a -- -- Eagles there that people wouldn't be higher at these guys were the American. What we're all all week have to do is you don't while we while we shot the quarters were also gonna have to do something about the welfare. I mean it's it all. It's bigger than just emigration it's the big you're right there are a lot of Americans have just stopped working column because they can't find jobs. Some of them would just figured out that it's about asking him not to work I'm not gonna deny that but. But I think if you EU we have to get control the borders we have the know was in the country don't think Bob -- yeah. -- you know I think -- -- get the caller said that if the magic word is because ought to pay when employers say there's a worker shortage what they really mean it when you translated as we can't get enough workers -- the wages they wanna pay. Like you know it almost all of the occupations in which are unskilled and semi skilled illegal aliens go to. Native world called native born Americans are already holding most of the job they housekeepers -- tax -- its text. And try to -- and yeah even in the agricultural. A field day they it's mostly it's still mostly Americans and you never think of Americans -- working in the fields anymore but they did they -- the majority bears well. Three quarters of all of the bellhop since janitors in the country are Americans and we were told that many if not most of all these jobs -- are dead ends of the jobs that Americans won't touch yet. How can that be true American citizens are already doing most of those jobs. To -- seven wants that how many of these people will be voting in November. Don't tell please don't tell me they're going to be vote they're going to be able to vote in November. Ostensibly they're not supposed. That possibly OK in other words some of Omar. Once we get that driver's license that's the pad that's the passport. That's a passport. -- only is really not a reader document everything else. Right. Exactly that's why gets way that's why you never leave home about it that's why an American if he doesn't have a driver's license and get stopped in his car can be handcuffed and m.'s car total way. In illegal alien is most likely in most jurisdictions now they just be told to move on his -- move on his way. Now it call it did say as something that is sort of happened -- -- agree with that the American public doesn't care now you know what to remarkable look at any time that we've had a duly legislated it amnesty bill in congress. The public has gone bananas in and proposed to me to remember the McCain Kennedy and the people so many Americans called capitol -- that it literally broke down but. Right now. You know I think the caller is half right I know that Americans care but the problem it is they. That Americans have no idea what's going on with this thing because it's been done administratively behind a veil of secrecy we were hearing crickets chirping from congress American. Public and from the media. Boy unfortunately. Not not not this club course he taught from the media in the Seattle times is waivers point young immigrants do to a -- victory. Gosh what do heart warming story Bob. Bob -- for my federation for a American immigration reform give us -- -- web address of people wanna going find out more about this of -- today.
