Should ALL sex offenders be registered?

But I don't know you know a lot of legislators are lawyers and maybe they defend a lot of these people. And they're worried about making things worse for their clients that don't like to pass things that make it worse for their clients but nevertheless. The Massachusetts legislature will not pass this legislation. That would create. A federal. -- legislation is called the Adam Walsh child protection and safety act. He would create a national sex offender database and that would replace the current patchwork of registers that we have around the country. That's been sitting in the joint judiciary committee for more than a year. Anybody have an idea why these guys would oppose doing something. Having to register with the online registry for being sex offenders in your response would be what you would say -- You mean they don't have to do already. I think that's how you respond. Due process that's what that's about you wanna be able to go back and say look I shouldn't be on this registry. There should be loopholes to keep people locked. But why wouldn't -- have rapists of any kind. On the sex offender registry. OK I just thought of another reason you might not want you know how they make this why you can't live within a certain number of feet from a school for example MA so hard for certain people.
