Idea it's nice -- -- you on artist and they go to joining us you know I agree with you I think we do need a couple of the planned to have affordable health care for it. However there are some concerns about what it's crammed into the 2000 Seve what pages of this bill. And I think that there's some businesses out there that have some concerns about bureaucrats in Washington making decisions regarding very personal health care issues. So tell us a little bit about your reaction to this Supreme Court ruling today and then how many holiday and grapple with some of the waste fraud and corruption that we talk about so much. Well with interest in the shadow -- small business committee. Even midterm legislative -- you were DA. I was the commerce and labor committee and other committees and you know. I read somewhere recently that the costs the escalation small businesses are -- is the last ten years and it's incredibly over a percent. For most of it and that's not sustainable so. What we have today is a crossroads that. The worst thing to do is just continued down that same road. And what happened in Massachusetts then. Before. Federal bill and what happened. You know in the congress and in the senate as well as what's happening. Today with -- Supreme Court is the realization that we have about a pathway. To go to pathway where Libya. Which are available for people mean reaction I hit today is mostly geared at the people. That we've been talking to an -- small businesses that you know when we were voting on this early on about the repeal. It's the most frequent calls I head you know because I hadn't voted and here. We're from small businesses they hit. Run down the road of trying to seek tax credits and and taking advantage of this and they're wondering if that would be lost. And one of the problems I think with the uncertainties surrounding this issue and so many other business issues. Right now. The fact that people weren't gonna by hand if they didn't know the rules of the game I think the Supreme Court decision will help small businesses all right. We know the rules of the game you're gonna see even increased. Investments. It's gonna be able to actually control costs to small businesses better but still keep quality but. The other thing the other things that we're hearing from our phones over the last. Year were. I can lose the coverage for people that are 26 you know Massachusetts we have that we get to lose. That's all happening but it but here's the bigger issue because congressman right here in Massachusetts we've seen the number of people sign up the -- held. Double and we've seen in waste fraud and corruption hasn't been dealt with six here -- -- -- Add their law of the land here in the commonwealth yet we know Suzanne Bump -- a democratic auditor found we are wasting two -- all the year ensuring illegals. That's just what she found how we wrap our arms around that the waste fraud corruption especially in a bill that so overwhelming 2007. People page. Well it the biggest wasted that we have before this was in case -- -- someone paying a nearly policy. For their insurance in the paint let a hundred dollars to ensure other people on average so talk about waste. We were paying to a premium. In Italy plans like I had 11100 dollars and an average. Just for the people that don't have insurance the walking into the a the most expensive settings walking into the emergency room taking caps and taxpayers -- The four were going to be emergency room now we have a situation where. That waste is going to be under control we all should be on guard are brought the matter what the program inspect but it comes the waste.
