That after the senate passes its bill in congress passes the house passes it then you have to have a conference committee in iron out the differences saying you can think it's for all the crap out. When they got around to doing that. But they never got around to having a conference committee because Scott Brown got elected. And that meant the house just had to sign off on the piece of garbage that was passed by the senate and that line and that beyond that piece of garbage is now law of the land. The law of the land and is that I know you said not at all surprised. And I'm not surprised he's not stunt but a little stagger and take back that our personal freedoms are being stripped away from us and such. I I think an overwhelming fashion. And it seems like there's no real uprising in this country against the idea that right now you can be taxed or find if you don't have health care which is it which is really. An issue that affected me personally. And between jobs you know you have that six month period where. Hey it's 12100 dollars to get on -- mass health. Or you pay a mortgage which is going to be or face the 2000 dollar fine at the end of the year I mean I think this is gonna be historic for a lot of people out there right now. I have trouble imagining that you were ever actually out of work you have so many. Pans in the fire. -- -- they're all. You know part time freelance -- and there are a lot of people as -- riders earn sympathy but I I you know if you if you're with somebody who's in that situation in order for government to help you out. This enhances your ability your government can help you out because they'll they'll be subsidies for people on that position like you -- and. You would think so the first thought -- give -- my hand out and I don't expect the taxpayers to pick up the tab for my life. I'm hardworking individual I'll have been is instilled some sort of work ethic. And I don't wanna be part of the -- -- and what this does is make everybody eligible to get into the Ginn people. Was saying well we're waiting for the ruling to come down it's a tense day here in Washington bottle that. Like a minute and a half and they still there weren't and they brought somebody else saw -- and they were still talking about or waiting for the we're going to come down. Fox News was announcing. That the individual mandate had been overturned. Which was wrong CNN apparently was doing the same thing I'm told Casilla and as a whole. Opera or going on on the Blogosphere and on Twitter and stuff about CNN getting this wrong but what they did was that the opinion starts off on the commerce clause. And Justice Roberts writes under the commerce clause this is unconstitutional. So they read that everybody ran a -- on the air. But then the next part is an under the necessary and proper clause of the constitution. The individual mandate is unconstitutional. And then you have to get inside a little bit and then they say. Under the powers of taxation this is essentially attacks so we're gonna let it stand because of congress has the power to tax. For up according to supreme court for whatever the hell they want and you know -- what drives me crazy. That you talk about the loss of individual right the founders worked so hard. To make sure that we would never be in the situation or have this monstrosity of a federal government. And these guys just laid out that if if the Supreme Court blazed down it says fine whatever they wanna do is fine. And and that's what we're left but yeah we are now living in as center where I'm -- step away from a police state. When you consider all of the personal freedoms that are being taken from us stripped from us. With rulings like this in the in the Supreme Court diddly down and it's this isn't the only thing they've laid down not looking into some of the other issues but it. It what does this mean time what does this mean for us because everyone out there is saying okay well does -- mean my. Migrate to gonna -- what does this mean that I'm going to be forced. Or find what does it -- is it gonna be like the Mitt Romney claim we get fine tooth 2000 all of that you don't. By the health care from the government. You know you mean in terms of how it will work it's gonna take two more years to implement and will be required to. That they like and they want to keep. Obamacare is a job killer. Businesses across the country have been asked what the impact is of obamacare. Three quarters of those surveyed by the chamber of commerce said obamacare makes it less likely for them to hire people. And perhaps most troubling of all obamacare puts the federal government between you and your doctor. For all those reasons it's important for us to repeal and replace obamacare. What are some of the things -- we'll keep in place. And must be in place and a reform a real reform -- health care system. One we have to make sure that people who want to keep their current insurance will be able to do so. Having twenty million people up to that number of people lose the insurance they want to simply unacceptable. Number two got to make sure that those people who have preexisting conditions. -- that they will be able to be insured and they will not lose their insurance. We also have to assure that we do our very best to help each state in their effort to assure that every American has access. To affordable health care. And something that obamacare does not do that must be done in real reform. Is helping lower the cost of healthcare and health insurance it's become -- -- becoming prohibitively. Expensive. And so this is now time for the American people to make a choice. You can choose. What you want to have a larger and larger government more more intrusive in your life separating you and your doctor. What you're comfortable with more deficits. Higher debt that we pass under the coming generations. What are you willing to have the government put in place a plan that. Potentially causes you to losing ensures that July. Or whether instead you want to return to a time when the American people have their own choice and health care. Where consumers will be able to make their choices as to what kind of health insurance they want. This is a time the choice for the American people our mission is clear if we want to get rid of obamacare. We're gonna have to replace President Obama. My mission is to make sure we do exactly that that would return to the American people the privilege they've always had to live their lives in the way they feel most appropriate. We don't pass on the coming generations massive deficits and debt. We don't have a setting where jobs are lost.
