They think Eric Holder may have to go this bit by invoking executive privilege. That's in the criminal acts by a criminal pushing. Obama has now implicated himself. In the center of -- going scandal. That I think threatens the part of this person. But by how -- you say there's a criminal act are you saying the faster church program was a criminal act or that there was -- there's been a cover up. And that's the criminal act. Oh and what they're doing now are covering it up what is now clear assists. Eric Holder law wait for congress. When he went in front of -- is -- committee he committed perjury. You'd like to congress. If certain now knows for a fact during the whistle blower we can adjust this depart. Who has been seeding its search committee. All really so so congress has been acting with the knowledge. Of what is actually -- and Eric Holder has been trying to cover up not knowing that congress already knows. They're trying to actually keep this is I don't while we're playing this card but it -- -- some parallels to Watergate. And what is happening is that. Hundreds of Mexican citizens have been slaughtered by those weapons. Those weapons seeped back into the United States. Several Border Patrol agents including Brian Terry were murdered. Thousands of those weapons are still on the. So so what's the theory as to why we do something so stupid. -- reason is simple. I believe that the Justice Department because if you noticed when operation fast and furious began. There was picture won't be coming out of the Justice Department and out of the Obama administration. We've got our archive rights are Second Amendment Rights. Were being used armed Mexican drug cartels. And they were going on about how the violence that is spreading across the southern border was because so the fact. And that's where. Gun rights are truly easy and too prevalent and we need stricter gun control laws. And I believe that this sort its plot -- -- I know this was a plot by the Justice Department. To undermine our Second Amendment right. To create a movement in this country to demand. Better control line and and I know this argument was being made our remember the president of Mexico. Could complaining to our president's. About the fact that we needed to find a way to restrict the flow of guns from the United States to Mexico the worst some kind of rogue nation. In terms of our irresponsible handling of weapons and your saying that did Genesis of that was this program that it was all part of a well I'm a propaganda campaign. I -- you rightly as some of the top ATF officials became -- but how do you know how you -- program makes most sense but how do you -- -- this. How do you know how can you say you know. I have to be careful how I characterize this -- I -- it it's -- Darryl that's and people on the committee. Are pursuing -- Because they know -- scandal -- around and they're not -- make sense except this scenario. And this is why they keep demanding these documents they keep demanding these emails. They keep demanding answers. And at every turn they are being polite to their being stole all and the -- being covered up there hitting massive coverup going -- As part of a bigger point is this. You're -- massive operation. Involving thousands of -- Involving hundreds of ATF official. Huge hundreds of personnel and the American government the cost looking warm. So arm the Mexican drug cartel. Of course the Justice Department knew about it they're bigger issue is this. What did Obama know and when did he know it. And I believe that the proper paperwork prepared. Document truck prepared. For the president saw its. Bob -- operation fast and furious. Why would they do that. Do they do -- generally briefed the president or create the documentation that could later created trap form if if if some -- for exercise that do would be politically hazardous would do would become public. They don't look at it as a trial I think they want the president to sign off on -- yeah I think they want the president to be aware there's lots. There's no way that this can be done without the president small which the president won't have to be aware it's too high levels to do. If I mean and it's too big. And impulse to many personnel. And and and and -- we're talking issues that affect our relations with Mexico this effects the drug war. This affects the Mexican drug cartels. So the question is whether the president know and what did he know. And I believe the reason why older as the stonewalling just dramatically and the reason why now Obama injected himself into this case. It because Eric Holder is -- how Japan. And she will not allow Eric Holder go now. Because -- Eric Holder goes down I believe you can implicate the president of the United States. That's why he invoked executive privilege and the only reason why he invoked executive privilege. If the world -- out the election. Wait a second you don't want needs to -- -- -- option why he needs to protect Eric Holder because if Eric Holder words attorney general or what happened. Well Eric Holder goes underwrote. And those documents are subpoena. And they start finding out exactly Eric Holder knew about this week before he did that he -- he's facing potential jail time the question that is going to be there are finding melts. But perhaps that's -- all the way up to President Obama. And there -- -- to squeeze on Eric Holder saying okay you knew about -- you walked Iran's status you'd turned a blind side and there's what did the president know what went digging. So the only way to protect that information is to keep Eric Holder in the attorney general seat. It's it's like Nixon's -- -- It once you start cutting off your man then you're in big trouble. Yes you have to keep everybody or not you have to give everybody inside the circle of wagons it's an interesting scenario your painting. Ended V it'll be interesting to watch because. The pressure now increases on Eric Holder in order to. -- flesh out that whole dynamic figure talking about so they all pushing congress is hard as they can't do you think it'll push by. Getting a vote of the entire congress of contempt or are there other ways -- my -- faster and more effective. Well for us Republicans are going to do and -- so what they've told me. I gotta be careful what they do what -- told. They are going to vote for contempt of congress that would -- This will then kick it forward Eric holder's Justice Department she will do not for. But then the house Republicans are going to file a civil suit in US district court. They're gonna force. The legal system charges. To will ask Graham does this warrant executive privilege durable line by line. They're gonna record is gonna force. The administration to start handing over talks to. And the what the administration is doing and they wanna -- this vote in the ports. They're gonna appeal it from -- trial level for the appellate level from the appellate level all the way up to the US. Yeah that's why ask the questions that'll take years right. About eighteen months to two years in other words they want pushed its way past the election. And then try to deal with the followed a couple years show. And is there a way for the Republicans in congress to speed that up. They're gonna do everything they can't dispute out so I think eventually some of those documents will come out. And then we're having major crisis dirt just kicking the can -- the world. This is why the Republicans know they have the administration by the console. If you're saying it's political it's political because they know that there are they smoking gun. And that's the only reason why Obama invoked executive privilege first of all privileged is usually invoked a fifty -- of an investigation. Never I. So that shows you right fair that the administration. Is worried about what those documents contain and who they can implicate. Talk they are frightened. Basically -- Chicago mafia regime. They think this formula works. They think they're gonna win reelection. And that's the thing -- -- they -- believe that the law applies to them. They believe that they are above the law they are trampling on the constitution. They show possible we know respect first sensible system of checks and balances and separation of powers.
