Let me ask it is we think Elizabeth Warren and not be careful now on. I mean I wanted to start losing your democratic friends here I may have an issue because I'm nada I am I am a big Scott Brown fan as are a lot of Democrat. -- Massachusetts that's why how we got elected to begin with. Elizabeth Warren I find to be an embarrassment to the Democratic Party. And a women by the way. She that the governor saver. In a press conference at what does that say. You know what's and let's look you know you hit the camp camp believe I'm agreeing with the Democrat. Does that mean I never thought I'd say hell froze over did it just froze ice it would -- -- that's -- Offline ample minutes. You're completely right. Hear you now -- look this story has gone all the way up here in Washington we are watching this race closely. We are stunned at how Elizabeth Warren is imploding. Literally committing political Harry Carey right here on the national stage. Yesterday. You have a major press conference. And to be stunned democratic establishment. Governor Deval Patrick. Now sensing that Elizabeth Warren is plummeting in the polls. That are candidacy is in deep deep trouble. Then does something that's almost unprecedented. He calls a press conference. To announce announce his endorsement. Of Warren's candidacy. Now why is this unprecedented. Because just in a couple of -- Democrats are gonna hold a state. Party convention. They're gonna hold it. To see whether Elizabeth Warren. Or the other democratic challenger for the nomination to be the democratic candidate to the US senate Marisa de Franco. -- phys the immigration lawyer. Will they get that 15%. Of delegates threshold needed. To then going to a run off in September. And -- don't -- Patrick. And with the Democrats are petrified of is that -- -- candidacy may now catch fire that many disaffected Democrats. Seem that she's gonna leave them. Into a catastrophe in November that she's gonna get wiped out by Scott Brown they now need to bail and jump ship. They better start getting behind a Franco and so now the establishment is closing ranks and circling the wagons around Warren. So now the stage set. Don't fault Patrick the governor of Massachusetts. The titular head of the Democratic Party. Now calls a press conference. To announce. He is officially endorsing Elizabeth Warren to be the Democrats is nominee come November. And then he local Fox News reporter shows up. And of course. What is on everybody's mind what is the press talking about what are most voters in Massachusetts talking about. The fact that Elizabeth Warren. For nearly ten years. Allowed on the national directory of Harvard law. And apparently according to summer press reports also a Pennsylvania university. Claimed that she was 130. -- second 132. Native American. She claims and native American Heritage native American ancestry. What's the basis of this claim. Let me be very candid with -- This one. -- so outrageous. Short ridiculous. It made news here in Washington privately even Democrats forget Republicans are laughing. That her great follow me now. Her great. Great. Great. Grandmother. According to Elizabeth Warren. Was -- Cherokee Indian. A native Cherokee Indian. Soul. Harvard law. Needs to diversify its program. Too many white people on the staff according to Harvard law and according to the federal government. They need affirmative action they need racial quotas they need quote diversity we need more native Indians. All. I'm a native Indian. I'm 130 seconds says Elizabeth Warren checked the box. And she allows it on the directory for ten years. But now during the campaign. For months and months what -- she'd been saying. I didn't I never I didn't. I -- oversight that was a native American today. Did they think I was a native American I never set I was native American -- Our art and told everybody I was 132 cherokees and my mother told me what my aunts told me what my uncles told me or my grandparents -- mean. But I didn't all the that was used for me to get hired. I didn't know that was used for me to get promoted sure war. Sure war and I got some swampland in Florida you. Maybe interest them. So she uses. He trumped up -- But by the way that nobody can prove nobody. And I am talking like people who are seriously. Intrastate in this topic. People like willow Bartz. Eight Cherokee genealogy is -- on the record in the Boston Herald and another papers -- set I went back a 180 years. My job my specialty is the check people's genealogy. She has no Cherokee heritage or blood in her she's lying. So the issue here is did Elizabeth Warren. Conjure up a hoax any fraud. To get herself a job at Harvard law any job at Pennsylvania university. And then. When she was exposed about it or questioned about it why has she been repeatedly why incur. And this is the issue that many voters want to know. Why have you been lying for years and if you lie about this you'll lie about anything because your phony. -- -- So here you have this Fox News reporter local fox. Say look do you have any comment on this Cherokee issue Chris roll the clip baby. Critics are questioning your character and -- Democrats are calling your character and your integrity and her authenticity into question over this whole. Native American issue what do you say to them there. She's asked the question. The question was directed at Elizabeth Warren. She's the candidate. She's the one that Deval Patrick has now endorsed. She's belonged -- for the most part the Democrats are pinning their hopes to defeat Scott Brown. She's at the center of the storm. There she is. And her from -- gray jacket. Suit jacket. Her hair all messed up disheveled pale as a ghost. She's shaking she's she's moving she's jerking she's afraid she doesn't know what to -- -- Now I would expect the candidate to come out and say something like. I made a mistake. I should have been upfront about this from the beginning. Whatever my parents told me. About my suppose -- native American Heritage. My Cherokee heritage I should not have been checking those boxes. To get jobs at Harvard -- Pennsylvania university. I'm misled Harvard. Potentially. I misled Pennsylvania. Because I didn't have the proper documentation. I had no proof. And this has distracted the campaign and I have I've handled this very poorly and for this I'm sorry. You're taken some hits. And then the story. But instead. Look what happens. Please. Why I asked I asked her you did I you know -- thing that governor -- -- -- anyway even if you do I'm here. First of all first of all to the team. Respectfully and thanking you again for your for your service. The question is okay so don't we have to project what we want. In political discourse right threats and that means even when we don't like the question. We gotta let it be yes OK -- -- -- -- let me say on behalf of the people of the commonwealth. It's a growth strategy it's an opportunity strategy here and caller and we need a partner in Washington to help us. Listen I love the Bruins OK don't get me wrong. But guys. Girls gals. You're becoming a national joke. On many levels this is becoming pathetic. First of all look at this two bit hot. Jumping in right away when his little phony the people of Massachusetts don't care about this no excuse me now mr. Patrick Governor Patrick. Since when do you speak for the media since when you speak for all the people of Massachusetts the last time I checked you serve the people of Massachusetts. Not the other way around. The people of Massachusetts think this is important. That's number one okay but number two. -- This is a professor Warren. The radical feminists. Mrs. women's rights. You can't speak for yourself. A female reporter. Asks you a direct question. And you -- so cowardly you are sold craven you are so pathetic you're hiding behind command. You're hiding behind Deval Patrick. He comes to the podium and cuts are -- and says -- normal I'll handle it what's -- matter you're not a big girl. Meg a professor Warren. You can't speak for yourself you're not an adult. You can't fight your own battles you have to hide behind the governor. Word radical feminists like you claiming for decades. That women were just as good as men and women were just as talented as men and women should be judged on their merits and on their capacities and capabilities. And look at her. Gets from behind the governor is back. And says well okay I guess violence they aren't. I defer to the governor on this and so I figured I might think the governor has made the right point. And that is I know what -- race. I can this race because families are getting hammered I got in this race they're not answer. Basically now you're just gonna just don't like the question if you don't like the answer. We can't answer it is an answer the reason I am in this race is what I've been working on. For decades now I have stood by and watched. While America's families have gotten hammered and Washington keeps working for all of those who have. Plenty for all those who can hire a lobbyist for all those who can hire lawyers. I started trying to work on helping families are trying to fix the parts of the system that were broken. I worked on Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. And we've gotten through Washington despite all the odds despite the fact nobody will owe me an hour. What I'm trying to tell you is why am in this race and what I will do in this race every single day. I don't I mean I look she's an she's an amateur. I mean this is ridiculous this is spin spin -- how many times she gonna say in middle class families are being hammered. How many times she's gonna say the middle classes and prices how many times yes I'm here to defend and fight for the middle class first of all professor -- what do you know about the middle class. You've been living off the public bowl. Off. The public. Pete for I don't know how many years number one. Number two as we're now finding out you're basically a fraud. You committed a fraud on Harvard law you commit a fraud a Pennsylvania university of course that's a relevant issue. You will mock address the issue. Which is a very simple one why did you say you're 132. Cherokee when you're not. Where's your evidence where's your documentation. -- -- Now I have a very simple rule very simple rule very easy. You wanna know how -- always somebody's it Jenny if if you're a far far as I'm concerned you pass Muster whether you're a legitimate. Person of Indian blood. Cherokee -- or any sort of native American blood can you run a casino. -- you have the right to own or run a casino on a reservation. If you pass that does then you're a genuine. Native American Indian. Not if you're great great great grandmother. Going back generations. May or may not have been Cherokee. And so the question I have for you is a simple one. -- convention is three days away. The Democrats. Can they have an alternative. There is Marisa de Franco. And she never understood. That there are gonna look into her background. That depresses actually gonna investigate. Things that you city claim. And now she stunned. She stunned. And I also have a theory. I may be wrong I don't think so. Life I think this woman is a sociopath. I honestly believe that this woman the elevator doesn't fully go to the pop. I think she's been -- throw -- entire career and she's gotten away with it and she sees no problem in line. And so she just lies and lies and lies and lies. And now she stunned that the people of Massachusetts are saying you know what I don't -- party apparatchiks. I don't want some yes woman to go up to Washington and the democratic establishment says jump and she says -- I want somebody who can think for themselves. At the prospect of running against Elizabeth Warren in the fall -- Scott Brown is gonna cleaned her clock. So if they wanna commit suicide if they wanna throw all their eggs into that basket be my guest but my advice to the Democratic Party is. Bill all while you still can. You got a pretty decent candidate. Are going up against Elizabeth Warren. She doesn't have her baggage she's not a liar she somebody that I think could actually give Scott Brown a potential run for his money. But hey if you don't want about curfew wanna see you know if you wanna talk you -- tether your sparking Elizabeth Warren be my guest. And you wanna see how bad it is just check this out. Today this morning finally. The warring campaign releases statement. We're in now for the first time. She publicly acknowledges. That she told officials at Harvard university. And Harvard parent and and the University of Pennsylvania. That she had native American Karadzic. Now apparently. For weeks and weeks she said she never told Harvard. For weeks and we should listen -- -- University of Pennsylvania. She I never said anything yes they put my -- a directory Barack equipment and all of -- mold. I never told them I was up to mound that was their initiative I had nothing to do what that I knew nothing say nothing hear nothing say nothing speak nothing final nothing. Now she says well I did -- She just -- She just was caught in -- so were you lying then. Or were you lying now. And I got to tell you I'm with the cherokees on this one day are up in arms. And I don't blame them. Because she has used them. And use their suffering. And use their identities. And use their ancestry. To cynically advance her career. You know it's insulting to a lot of native Americans to say suddenly somebody can claim 132. Inherited -- get a job. Or get a promotion. And get away with fit. When I first heard this story. On Sunday at those delegates better vote for -- the Franco. Because if they don't go for the Franco. She's gonna be their nominee. And if Warren is there -- nominee I'll tell you Scott Brown is gonna pull off another Massachusetts miracle. And to the people to the people of Massachusetts I'm telling you. You guys made history. In 2010. When Scott Brown won. Ted Kennedy's seat. The liberal line. When he pulled off that upset victory. There were shockwaves that were felt even here in Washington. I'm telling you this was a political. Stunner. And if brown can win again. And one of the bluest of Blue States. And if warring goes down. The Obama people are in big trouble and they know it. Because it's not just Republicans are gonna keep control of the house it Scott Brown can hold onto that seat the Democrats may even lose the senate as well. This is why they sent out Deval Patrick. Let's not kid each other you think of all Patrick walked the plank. Just for the sake of it you think look. Whatever you think of Deval Patrick and I think he's out. Horrible governor. On on every possible level I think is an embarrassment to the people of Massachusetts you -- let them that's your business but I'm telling I think he's I think he's been a disaster. But he's not a stupid man. Say what you want about Deval Patrick he is a politically savvy Smart man. Now he knows the troubled Elizabeth Warren isn't. A Smart politician wouldn't -- start with a ten foot pole as they say in Washington she's radio active. She's toxic. Let me tell you what happened. Obama's people picked up the phone. And they said the ball. We got a carrier through. Because she's got the money. We've already back there. She's got a high profile. The feminist lover the liberal intelligentsia loves her. The Boston global observe the New York Times gloves or my supporters lover we can throw or under the bus. And we gonna knock off Scott Brown in November. We can't have this guy win again sold of all you go out there and you sure or how it's done. And you put your full weight and your full prestige and your full office -- so we walked the plank. And he said none all let me handle this I'll show you -- it's done well it backfired. -- -- So there's a breaking story on the Boston Herald website Elizabeth Warren is demanding that Scott Brown apologized over a parent's day. She's lashed out saying Republican incumbent should apologize for insinuating. That her parents weren't truthful when they told her about her native American Heritage. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. Keynote he said he said my mom and dad and told me a lot of things too but they're not always true that was what his statement lines. I mean parents do that all the time exactly right. They say stuff and you know wolf it's true or not they horror at the second hand information plus is its statement she's saying. When he told her about her native American Heritage like she still hasn't native American Heritage. It's like keep perpetuating the fiction is like now -- now she's like it is that now how many of America collect them Mueller water. -- native American now mark my words. You're gonna see here in traditional Indian -- zone. She's gonna do a little pile while I'm telling you she's gonna do whatever she's got to do. To continue this fiction that she's a native American simulating the feathers in the porcupine material. Or anti apple to apple thing. And to try to find one -- some portion -- Personally think what was going on they're gonna drive them out and together as. A Cherokee brand. Jerry and Mike Mike Mike -- right here. The way Deval Patrick jumped in front of Elizabeth Warren and answered the question for did you find. -- I was not offended by Deval Patrick doing not what I was offended by it was Elizabeth Warren. And her allowing him to do that and for her deferring and not standing up for herself. I mean I understand him doing it because he was doing it he didn't care whether she was a woman -- -- I think he did it because. The active flag bearer of the party there for the senate race is going down in flames and he was just trying to put the fire. It was her. Her mom responsibility to stand up and say thank you governor appreciate that but let me tell you this time against the question and then she should have answered the question.
