Well absolutely I mean if people are here illegally in this country in their committing crimes thing. And they're creating huge public safety problem for a police then and then for all of us. And I -- you know the do I mean there's been a lot of that a lot of that got going on in in new in New Hampshire to -- and I read the I you know your hometown Paper the Nashua telegraph but that's just full every police -- Fuller review. Every day. You know with legally -- quote. You know it it absolutely does happen and this is YA. This we we need to make sure we don't we certainly don't want people people across our border illegally but sometimes not only -- across her border illegally and are here illegally. But they come over here and have committed crimes here and really impact on our communities and is one. So it was a big surprise for me and it's certainly it's an honor to be mentioned in that vein but. Focusing on New Hampshire and that's. As you know I ran in 2010. And doing what needs to be done the United States senate and that's right now with where we are with the -- I can tell you I mean do everything I can to make sure that. There Romney gets elected president I know that he can turn our country around and he's gonna need as many senators like me to work with him in the senate. Think about it -- because right now. If Harry Reid's days in charge of the senate. -- so going to be in a position where there's no budget. Where he'll try to block what governor Romney does as president to turn our country around so. That's that's what I've been focusing on hand so I appreciate being mentioned but focusing on my day job. You're your your former attorney general tried cases. What. What what do you make of this what's going on -- Guantanamo Bay with the means that it depends warriors woman she's dressed in an apartment says women should be rested workers. NC OO we have to do we we can't offend their sensibilities these guys -- that one -- popped to short in the court that's how much of and ability. Deeply deeply troubled in this sense first of all let's let's not forget that attorney general holder wanted to try Khaled Sheikh Mohamed. And his conspirators. In New York City in the middle of a civilian trial so -- this process has been so delayed. In terms of bringing these people to justice in a military. Commission where it where he belongs. In his conspirators so. I'm very glad that we're having a -- on time and -- in this instead of New York City number one because. That would have been terrific for them to be able to do what they're doing right now to manipulate the system in the middle New York number one. And second you know if it's. Outrageous. For the defense -- ask how women who were in the courtroom to cover their heads you know they attacked our country. Very here and they're going to have to be subject to our standards and we we have a very strong military commission system so they're going to be treated. -- -- due process that they wouldn't have been treated within their own countries frankly but to ask you know ask women to cover up their head in the courtroom it's really outrageous. What you. The way I've read about that Nuremburg trials -- the used to -- the allegations that as a way to educate people as -- atrocities committed by the Nazis and leave the other war criminals. -- -- But yet here we are all these years later and we're just -- -- school each run but not fools these monsters run roughshod over us and and just make this a laughing laughing stock. Well part of it is how you know they were able to delay this process online as we have an attorney general outline that trying to civilian courts in New York City that's part of the reason we are where we are. And thankfully very Guantanamo Bay where they belong that you're absolutely right. This. This is eight trial that should be conducted. According to our rules and they're gonna get as I said due process which they wouldn't -- gotten in their own countries. And I will tell you that's -- -- getting three squares a day yeah I know a lot more than when they weren't there in this trial should they you know they -- this should be a child. That should be held at the appropriate decorum. You know think about the victims. That are. Viewing these proceedings on this needs to be conducted with dignity and respect for them. What happened at the Chicago seven trial -- -- the work those guys were charged with murder and they were American citizens they were just they were just they think the court order them -- again. Well I can tell you this I've had trials where the defendant. Has either broken out in the courtroom and try to disrupt the proceedings and eventually the judge. Did it by -- they were in their cell in Nicosia by television. But they were taken out of the courtroom and so this can't go on and mostly because the judge has the right. Two if someone disrupt the proceedings. Enough to remove the person from the courtroom because. This is a perceiving to make sure that justice is served. Obviously will never served. Full justice based on what was what happened on 9/11 -- Khaled Sheikh Mohammed did as the mastermind of nine elevenths but that said these victims have waited a long time. For a trial in hand they deserve to have this proceeding go for -- need to -- our guides us -- shooting Paper airplanes across the -- that would that would -- to what we can -- -- with that now I quickly port act.
