Charlie welcome to the show Daria Dolan. -- hey let's take a look at your first stock -- EnergySolutions. ES's the symbol currently trading at four dollars and 21 cents a share would be what it. Means and what they do it this and they put hazardous waste in this whole. -- so this makes it a wide moat business it's similar to landfill business nobody wants these things around. And so it's very hard to get permits for new ones which gives them a nice little -- we. It's in the middle of nowhere and why you talk so there's no nobody was around that staying out and and that's why it's so appealing to have. A rail access to it and you know they just halt stopped him from across the country. To process and dispose of hazardous waste. -- the most important waste that is going into this place is. Nuclear disposal. And that's really the big catalyst here is that -- nuclear power plants in this country. Are very old and a lot of them are clean offline they need to be decommissioned. And the does -- just get radioactive overtime in the decades at these things are run. And the best place to put that is the hole in the ground in the middle of nowhere and energy solutions has contracts with. Over 90% of the nuclear plants in this country to take care at their disposal needs. -- that the growth. Yeah like I about it is I hope it's a deep hole. I think it says I thought it -- -- they're they're losing money like how can they be losing money they have a monopoly. Great out so that's a little bit of some accounting nuances on the income statement they took a big goodwill impairment. And they are in the process of a ten year project where it acts a lot to do this decommissioning work on one of its nuclear plants in Illinois. Andy counts you know try to match up the expenses and revenue over that ten years and make -- one look little bad. They were actually fifty million positive cash flow last year to the income statement shows a loss but they are bringing in cash. All right so -- itself -- our stock what do you would you think it's gonna be worth maybe a couple years out. I think that they can land the more these nuclear disposal contract -- I think you know somewhere between eight. Ten dollars is what I'm looking that. OK now your second pick is our coast Dorado its holdings eight our CEO. What do they do exist or is this the McDonald's in South America are some. Exactly right you know also Arco's strategy means golden arches. And they have the exclusive right to own and operate McDonald's restaurants in Latin America they got that right from McDonald's in 2007. And so right now they have. 18100 restaurants in twenty countries possibly the big growth story I think they can double that -- count over the next decade. Brazil is by far their most important market Priscilla now the sixth largest economy in the world. He'll consider this split 200 million people living in Brazil there's only 600 McDonald's restaurants there right now there's probably -- the McDonald's in the Boston area. You -- results. I actually Archos and it's a well known brand. And they have dominant marketshare they have more on market share in the next five. You know fast food chains combined which include burger king and -- such as the -- either for the long term revenue growth story what very strong global brand. And it's eighteen dollars now would would -- price target on this two years out. I think between 25 and thirty dollars. While okay and the symbol for the Allen was a RCO well you know Charlie thank you very much for joining us appreciate your stock outs. All right that's Archos Dorado the symbol is ER CEO currently trading at eighteen dollars and 32 cents a share in the previous stock pick.
