I mean of the latest. Bailout bill the latest what every one call waste of money bill. It passed 2472161. It's yes it shovel playing against the Wall Street terminal says. Witness yesterday's top party line house vote to approve the Senate bill shoveling another. 26 point one billion out to state education in Medicaid programs. The White House is promoted the bill is emergency assistance for stream state budgets. But this unique -- therapy -- states to spend more not less. It's a terrible thing to do. The bill stipulates. That the federal funds. Must supplement. Not replace state spending on education. So if it's Massachusetts gets you know so a couple of Europe gets a couple hundred million dollars out of this. They have to put it on to hop love what were already spending. Rather than what we're spending now. Also so so say they -- say Massachusetts gets 200 million and the governor puts that on the top and spend -- and set out to sort of save us from. Some salaries of of -- of teachers. Each state next year the spending on elementary and secondary as education and must be equal or greed -- To the previous year's level. So if a state takes the money and adds it onto their budget. Then they have to spend at least that much next year. But of course the money won't be there. So it's like somebody saying. How much do you make well I make 50000. Okay I will give you 20000. Dollars. If you promise that you'll spend it in addition to the fifty make. Well okay I'll pay all my bills and everything. Well okay but if you -- You then next year have to promise me that you'll also spend 70000. Whoa wait a minute I I don't know if I'm gonna get 70000 you can give me the 20000 next year to. Oh no no I'm not saying that but if you take this you're gonna have to spend 70000. Next year. Terrible terrible decision. And what's it all about. You see the president there and he's talking about he wants deceived teachers -- loves. And this is all about education. And here's what he said standing with teachers yesterday in the White House Rose Garden mr. Obama said. We can't stay in buy into nothing. While pink slips are given out to the men and women who educate our children or keep our community safe. -- I guess may be -- going to police 1010 billion of the 24 it's 26 billion is going to to fund teachers. So you say well that's not so bad yeah we need more teachers in the classroom okay five nets at. But we're is the money really going in weird the what do you think's happening here okay. Do you think Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid in the -- really care about how many teachers there are in classrooms or how many teachers are getting pink slips. Of course -- Here's the stand behind this whole bill. We are moving into an election cycle that looks like the Democrats are gonna be in huge trouble. -- cool what is what groups are the need your funding mechanism of democratic campaign. Why teachers unions are. If you look over the last ten years. 95%. Of the money that the two major teacher's unions have contributed to political candidates. Have gone to Democrats. Weird did they get the money to contribute. Well they charge all the teachers' dues. And then they take the dues money and they give it to. President Obama when he's running all of the US senators that support then the Democrats and the members of congress. In fact you watch every one of the incumbent members of congress all of whom I'm sure he voted for this yesterday it was 2472161. Will all be getting huge checks from the national teachers' unions in pac money he and other money. And they'll be used to Niki Tsongas and Barney Frank and and John tearing me and Eddie Markey. So where does that money come from again.

Front -- jurors. From teachers' dues to the union for the assessments that they have to pay to be union members. Well one estimate here says that the National Education Association. I did this ten billion it's going to rehire teachers so now this gonna be dollars and some more teachers added to the payroll. Who will pay their union dues who will then have their union dues taken by the unions and given to democratic candidates. Did it could be ended an additional 100. Million. Dollars. To be pumped into democratic campaigns. As I said every study says the teachers' unions give 95%. Of their contributions. To democratic candidates. So if you think when UC President Obama standing up there telling you this is all about the teaches. This is all about the money. The -- taking. Well the overall bill is 26 billion. Ten billion of that is going to teachers. Says it says higher -- teachers those teaches thousands and thousands of them will be hired. The Arab Jews will be taken right out of their paychecks. You'll be turned over to the union. Who'll then write big fat checks to Nancy Pelosi. To Harry Reid to the Obama committee the Democratic National Committee and all the people running for office here in Massachusetts. They'll also run ads. They'll also do mailings that say whoever you know whoever ends up running against us aides say Jeff Perry wins the Republican nomination in the tenth district he's looking good now say he wins that. And whoever wins on the democratic side everybody will be getting mailings in the teachers association. Saying Jeff Perry doesn't care about your kids. He wouldn't have voted for the 26 billion dollar bailout for state education and teachers. He's awful well you know what's gonna pay for that. Your tax dollars your tax dollars are going to be given to that sent to the teachers. Who will then pay an induced who -- and if you turn it over in the dues money over to their. To the big the labor unions teachers labor unions who'll then by the negative mailings against. Whoever's running against Barney Frank against. Who's ever running against John Tierney that's where your money is going. Is that suites -- are not. So don't believe a thing. That these Obama folks are telling him that straight talk that's what's really going on here. In -- yeah it's absolutely disgrace. The cost of each new employee isn't certain. Nor can you inspire business confidence if you demonized bankers and business. The economy now it's 2.5 million jobs short of where it needs to get back to. Under the 8% unemployment rate we were promised remember when they said they pass the 862 billion dollars stimulus.
