Is going to harm we've had some real concerns from our community banks. And those of the banks that are -- dealing with small businesses and really understand the community and dated because the problem the financial crisis and unfortunately. I've heard real concerns from people in New Hampshire about the impact on community banks I would not have voted for that bill. I'm really concerned about the politicization of the confirmation process I didn't like it when they did to justice Bork and I didn't like it when they were asking Justice Alito -- college. Where is college memberships were. I said I'd like to Sotomayor. Last summer. That I would have bus supported or based on her qualifications I have to tell you doesn't she's been and I have some real concerns. About some of the decisions that she rendered particularly the decision in the McDonald's case on Second Amendment Rights. With respect Elena Kagan I'm from a military family my husband served in the Iraq War he's an 810 pilot. And done he still serves as lieutenant colonel. And I I totally disagreed with the way she handled the recruitment issue when she was -- Harvard at Harvard. And I also is very concerned about her interpretation the commerce clause went up. Senator Coburn asked her about the commerce -- she's a very expansive view and that is the key issue. In the challenge going up to the health care bill or twenty states are challenging and I think there's some real constitutional concerns about that health care bill so I would not support Elena Kagan.

Good afternoon Kelly and our our guys today. Kelly I respect a lot of your positions. I have some concerns -- on to various bit. I think you need to be stronger arm and that's anti big government and the reaches of government in Q as a private businessman. I have a problem with the stake going after the doctors insurance fund money. It's just seems totally. The and correct way of doing that and which are stealing art on massive government spending and bureaucracies -- multiple levels of bureaucracy of government did -- or in its inefficient. And they're treating more government bureaucracy and it'll heighten -- inefficiency -- get a bad idea on that. -- cut the funding on that.

Well the reason I decided to get in this race a year ago is because I mean I've got two children my husband and I spent so much time yelling at our television and basically. We are expanding government into our lives in a way that we should not be so I think we need a more limited more accountable government when he fiscal responsibility. I support a bounce budget balanced budget amendment. And I think we need to cut back and that is gonna be my number one goal the United States senate so I agree with you. Fully that government is reaching too far into our lives in the prime example is the health care bill that was passed you think it's constitutional. I think it's got some real constitutional problems because. If under the commerce clause they can region and tell you have to purchase an insurance. From the federal level and mandate to small businesses and a way that they are doing. Then what can't the government tell us what to do right.

I think we don't know why they're now saying it is a tax even though. He's saudis on record a million different places -- last year saying it's not attacks I mean they're having -- If you did there having to change their story to to do anticipate that it's gonna come up before the Supreme Court.

Well how they changed their story multiple times I agree. But they're changing their story because they know that their position is -- a defensible on this isn't overreach by the government. They've also changed their story about the fact that this bill is deficit neutral. CBO is now come out and admitted that it's not deficit neutral. It's CC MS has come out and talked about the premium increases that are businesses are gonna see under the -- and and all of that is the opposite of what they said.

But remember no one under the under making under 250000. Dollars will get a dime of tax increase. He didn't say -- More than a dime but they won't get a dime that's what he said right.

Well we know that's not the case because there's massive tax increases in this bill two for our small business owners and that's who we're talking about. They're trying to put people to work and so we have a landscaping snow plowing business that's -- my husband does and his -- employees we're still trying to figure out you know. How's he gonna be able to afford the insurance for this bill coming forward.

Well if you if you up to fifty right then you that are really kicks and so how many how many businesses are just gonna be thrown if this thing survives. How many businesses are just gonna be frozen fifty.

Well that's the real concern because they're businesses talking about wind paid a fine and said he keeping insurance for their employees. In this this bill takes us in the wrong direction and the concern in our family is just my husband does provide. Health insurance and that the costs are gonna goes up so much that it's gonna be difficult to continue to do that.
