Former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum was the winner in all three primary contests last night, including an unexpected five-point victory in Colorado's caucuses. Santorum also won the Minnesota caucuses, by an 18-point margin, and he won by 30 points in the Missouri primary. He may not have any new delegates, but he does have the big Mo - momentum. Howie still did not believe that Santorum has a shot.

I thought so Santa can I thought that would change more than somewhat over the course of the hour -- and yeah we're just taking votes from my northern Michigan Charlie Baker helped all right. 18774694322. With us for this site this year your for the hour right warned of the hour so Stubbs -- okay. You may be your burger all week pivots like the last couple already storms we've had filled our okay. Charlie Baker is here he is the Republican candidate for governor. And he is here and he's here to take your questions at 1877469432218774694322. Charlie thanks for being a weather satellite -- you know that I have to start with this this health care of this unfolding had health care fiasco and a failure in the you're in The Wall Street Journal today you win the UNK -- Boca laughing at the gun not laughing but I guess. Distressed on huge -- sister and mocking lead distressed that the guy at the governor. What what that what the hell is going on here Charlie this is this is shaping up as a real disaster area right.
Just thought I said it was election year gimmick when he first proposed that -- that still what -- talk about freezing yeah the rates low and then just the whole nature of the you know for four years -- a lot of people out there including me and a lot of the Democrats have been talking about a lot of things we can do about health care costs and the administration has done basically nothing. And here we are take months off from election and they wake up one day and say gee this is a problem with freeze rates. Now in the short term. From all that that that's not gonna solve the big problem which is the underlying cost of health care and they've done some things that have actually made the problem worse such as. Well one of the things they did was they basically made it possible for people in Massachusetts and health care reform. To walk in the door by insurance and use the system alive and then walk away.
sort of by sir talking about that's in the overall area colonel guy here out of last July Charlie Baker defended similar gaming won't post this article are or a link -- on the on the web site this is the Massachusetts insurance blackouts in the -- journal today. Last July Charlie Baker retail its gaming at Harvard pilgrim health plan he used to run. Between April of 2008 in march of 2009 about 40% of its new enrollees stay with that for few more than five months individual enrollees right and end on average incurred costs about 600% higher than the company -- otherwise expect that so this will be someone like me. Who's limping around the city for a couple of years. This so -- In Minnesota is -- out. I am I go off the policy a policy and you know what happened over how many times did that -- the figure similar cases hundreds hundred.
thousands of people all the plans together and and the thing is how we all those cost we're talking about there. The way the health care for -- set up those cost were not borne by everybody in the health care system. They were born only by small businesses because the way the state put the individual market together with a small business markets small businesses ended up owning. All of those -- to -- why -- and that's why some of their rates went out why.
Should anyone small businesses large businesses individuals retiree why should anyone have to pay for this kind of scam that's exactly right I mean that's the in my point back then over a year ago was we needed to create some kind of an enrollment period where people could buy coverage the same way it works in the employee -- side we have one time a year you can come -- coverage. To make it available that's of the people couldn't do this. But you're you're there when this whole plan was set up for you not I was well I was working and Harvard pilgrim. But you were at the the as they say at the table -- sort of I mean I I actually opposed this merger of the individual market in the small group market I thought. That there were two versions of this at the time not to be too esoteric about it the Senate. Wanted to create a one to five market for. Really small groups and individuals and one to five employee base yeah and then a six to fifteen market for everybody else and small business different rules for those two markets. And that was what we supported and we lost that in the conference committee instead the conference committee -- the house version which put it all together into one -- why haven't they added a lot of mandates are ya today they have flood -- regulation -- recent examples of mandates that have been look at -- simple one the in the old days not so long ago if you wanted to you could buy coverage in Massachusetts that didn't include prescription drugs. And a lot of people bought it because you get a ton of prescription drugs for four bucks a prescription. At Wal-Mart or CVS or someplace like right and there are actually hundreds of thousands of people in Massachusetts who had those plants. Those didn't meet the State's ultimate minimum requirement and if you wanted to be considered covered in Massachusetts the Patrick administration said you have to buy comprehensive drug coverage. Now for those hundreds of thousands of people. That was a 20% increase in their cost of insurance just like that. So if you're paying say seven grand you were suddenly paying 84 under. Yeah or -- and forty feel 450 or 500 bucks a month which is what a guy said to me last night and an event. That I was that his number went from 450 bucks to 650 bucks just like that. Because he was forced to buy prescription drugs with his eco I should -- good advice for four bucks a prescription right he didn't he didn't believe he need a prescription drugs who's reasonably healthy guy. And and he could buy for about four dollar -- generics -- Wal-Mart for about 80% of what you want. Covered anyway.
What's -- what happens in court on on Monday I don't know I think it's going to be very interesting to show plays out I mean. I'm not a lawyer so I don't you know my hope here's one where another. We'll get serious about doing the kinds of things -- reduce the cost of health insurance and the cost of health care like. Let's do something about these individuals were -- in -- in the system and and Damon and and then leaving. Number two we should get rid of some of the mandates that have been added over the last few years. We gotta get like the drugs like the drugs we gotta get serious about tort reform which people -- around forever never goes anywhere. We -- to get serious about public disclosure around what people get paid which has been a big issue for me for five years. Same service same person same place the price difference in Massachusetts is as much as like 500%.
like you're talking about like -- General as opposed -- there someplace out in -- we -- have to go that far away how -- hospitals within ten miles of each -- that have price difference okay well I mean you're running Jeremy -- know you're responsible for everything that you're running Harvard -- remember why -- did you did you protest -- these discrepancies --
Oh yeah I wrote -- and you are going to report in 2004. Was about these discrepancies and -- the stuff needs to be publicly disclosed and I argued for public disclosure disclosure in the health care reform bill. And you know for the most part. It's the state -- turned a blind side of this issue and and finally you know the AG put report on a couple of weeks ago is that the single biggest thing is driving up the cost of health care. Is the price. Paid for health care services and the difference in price -- from place to place.
I read. This week that for every dollar that the Massachusetts insurance companies take him they give up one dollar and twelve cents that was that was for the individual market and that was in The Wall Street Journal and I don't have. So how I usually not actually Madrid -- so how can you freeze its. He is so you're gonna freeze them into bankruptcy as well if if this went through well -- least that part of what this is -- is the one of the reasons why the nonprofit health insurance companies in Massachusetts went to court on this because they think this is a pretty big deal and a pretty important issue. One irony is that mr. Patrick own attorney general and his insurance regulators have concluded this The Wall Street Journal to their parents surprised that the mass -- the recent Massachusetts premiums are the highest in the nation is the underlying cost of healthcare. Not the supposedly industry abuses that mr. Patrick and his political mentor President Obama like the site. The AG's report and the Patrick administration's own report which is issued about the same time say the same thing. This is a -- I mean it and again the Wall Street -- point here is you know they don't they don't really care much about Massachusetts and other agencies they see this as a portent of the -- that's a good way to put it bears out there -- good life that is it's Rivera like that weren't alive. But that but then again I mean who's to say it's not a portent of the future. No one has to say that I think it is in some respects they're kinda leading indicator with regard to all this stuff.
This is bad this is really bad so why -- you know the thing is though you know your year around your your poll a memo saying that the poll numbers really mean a lot at this particular point in time and they didn't slide that much but. You'll KK hell is this is the one guy who doesn't have any fingerprints on this health care plan right I mean demolished presided over -- you were in the healthcare industry. So he's see he's he's running with send and in Macon political hay out of it.
Yeah I mean I guess so let's say they're -- he's been their -- plenty of opportunity to have an opinion about this until three weeks ago and and he really didn't say much about it either I mean I am. Look there's a long record publicly of me. You know complaining moaning proposing. About things were broken with the current system and I've never ever been you know. An advocate for the status quo because I've always thought their huge problems and health care system and the better part of the past five or six years. I've been banging away on these issues and frankly I'd love -- opportunity to do something about them if I got elected governor which I would.
But -- I mean what could you do they have mean that you all the while I don't always on last week and he was he was bitching and moaning. And he says he sounded like he was he was the challenger again is it's like it was 2006 and you know it was tough talking about how the legislature of the leadership was. Disrespecting him he couldn't get anything done when he you're crazy he can't giving it and I agree I agree he can't he's been. Ineffectual how are you gonna be more back and more effective if you're as you're pop.
Well let's start with -- you know public disclosure -- prices -- okay I think he could do that right now if you wanted to via executive order and I think the attorney general would probably agree with that. Second thing you could do is he could undo those reforms that he put in place to raise the price of insurance for everybody in the small group market he could put up mambo. An open enrollment process in place for the individual market right now if you want it to. And he could also restructure the Medicaid program and make you more of managed care operation which a lot of people said would save. Not just a little money but hundreds of millions of dollars and he hasn't done any of those things and he doesn't need a legislature to do any of them.
These are complicated yes JR I agree there are complicated. I mean these shoes again if it's easier just it's just sit back and throw off throw a ball for a while baseball's -- had a also -- I know I know. I guess I can say now is the you know you've if you Google my name and on health care reform there will be. Hundreds. Of of entries that come up because I've been talking about this issue for a long time I'm not. I'm no one of these guys who sat in in the industry and felt everything was great there were huge issues and it then there are huge issues now and and I would love to have the opportunity to actually do something about him which is really hard to do from the outside the guys -- him on the tiller. Is obviously the governor he's had a for the past four years and he's made virtually Zippo progress on almost all of us.
18774694322. -- with Charlie Baker a Republican candidate for governor. I asked what you're running mate the the other night is is -- gonna get the 15% to get onto the primary ballot next week.
I have no idea. The minute we're gonna do very well at the convention but I have knowing I would hope so -- don't know once seen Chris the except on a milk carton for a couple of weeks in the whole. -- can -- you better do well we will we're gonna do very well are you gonna carry but again do you do you wanna knock him out of the primary or do you wanna pride do you want -- mayor all summer along you -- your deal.
Great prognosticator on this stuff I mean if you look at my you know NCAA pool I clearly don't know how to predict what's gonna happen in the future and on this one. You know I can REI can easily argue both sides of this I don't know what the right -- I'm. And and frankly I'm just gonna get as many I've spent a lot of time with a lot of folks were showing up at this convention we're gonna chases many delegates as we possibly can and and it's gonna end European whatever it's gonna end up being in that the day after that whatever it is you know we'll go from there.
18774694322. Witnesses Charlie Baker -- some calls Croshere. -- you're next with how we guard Charlie Baker Republican candidate for governor -- had Tom.
Hey Al HLL are written and I don't do want to rush hour here that up Iraq big supporters there actually light boat what you -- I have to say. And where -- burning garbage about a rook sitting governor when he 35%. And being reelected. Dead duck it do you foresee any. Expense where that's all you could possibly -- That picture sure what what what throws her support behind the other or you want together.
I don't think it's possible for us to run together Tom I mean -- election laws. You have -- required study that I deadline to treat like registry and -- down thing. But the -- the easiest way if you solve that problem is to support me. -- but I do think I do think -- the end of the day com where basically. Going to be -- On shrink state government cut taxes get people back to work platform. And we made a series of policy recommendations on this already we've taken on some of special interests that are part of Beacon Hill and I'm still waiting for the treasure on some of these issues to sort of come out of a scratch.
I know the globe doesn't have nearly the power used to have but they the last few days they've just been on this Jihad. To what to make it to make it -- all a legitimate -- they they are practically high fighting one another on the front page because he is C he has reached that big. 35. Thirty -- sitting governor Ernie has a 35% of the people would vote to real.
That I guess I what I would say is at the end of the day the governor made for big promises when he ran for office a 100000 new jobs a thousand cops on the street. Reform state government and cut property taxes are right. Cup property taxes no infected cut -- way because he couldn't fix his own budget by 600 million dollars and that force a lot of cities and towns and to override votes. A thousand new cops on the street the only new cops on the street that I know over once have been laid off primarily because of budget cuts at the local level driven again by that locally cut. 100000 new jobs we have 330000 people out of work in Massachusetts are probably one of the -- worst business climates we've had a really long time reform state government. She's I don't know how about we start with Marian Walsh. As as our primary exhibit.
They all we still have to talk about that can't we move on as -- said -- wake up my show look up what I know what I know about what's going on right now is. We are the state of Massachusetts is spending rainy day fund money left over. By the previous administration not much left and stimulus funding right that they got from the federal government to keep the budget balanced. And that money's gonna run out. Some time not too far from now maybe in the next twelve or fourteen months. And that and and the state of Massachusetts the governor is doing nothing to reform state government to live with that new normal when it -- And I you know frankly I think that's a disgrace. Mean the guy's got a runway he has this one time money -- in terms of actually reforming the ways -- government works it's not happen and and that things just gonna go bang and what's gonna be the answer the same answer we've had the last couple years more new taxes and cut to local and I was I reform.
1877469432. To build your next with Howie -- Charlie Baker go ahead bell though.
Good morning gonna -- should say I didn't -- lawyers about the state spending but -- well -- who got the washed -- battle to court the company's gulf. I heard today that they're talking about. -- and that's what brought down. -- And they are both.
Awareness and attempts and he's thunderbird Massachusetts -- don't know -- the federal level. That's a terrible idea. Well I mean -- they're you know they're built like a Bulger used to say you know they did the trying to slap a tax on anything that moves yeah yeah well I'd be against -- build that your question I was always against what we were against Allen back him. Early ninety's when word -- beloved -- because we wanted to see the online industry grow and it worked.
I was sort Padilla has trading spot -- and a public that spot. You know that's you.
Right CC is controlled by the administration and that there are a couple of Republicans but they appoint the Republicans as well as the Democrats so it's Obama people I don't know what I don't know what that any governor could do about that -- Thanks thanks for the call 18774694322. -- your next with Howie Carr and Charlie Baker go ahead now.
Hey got a great show element delegate to the suspension and I'd have a few questions -- you look like -- and hang out and I don't match sure I had a couple of functions. Your position on illegal aliens won't you allow this state police to work with immigration. Yes. Well you renege on that.
I -- Larranaga medical. On the -- no let me tell you something now I've talked to com. DA's. Police chiefs think cops in places like Brockton and Lawrence and Fall River and Springfield. About this issue okay so what they've said to me over and over and over again is a few really bad people. Who are here illegally. Can terrorize. Whole communities. With their actions in terms of guns gangs drugs and all the rest and being able to get these people. Not just off the street but out of the country and using this is a mechanism to do that isn't there a critical part of what they see is the fundamental law enforcement opportunity and I think we should be taken it. Mean does those people those people are causing trouble for everybody in those communities.
as good unfortunate what's your next question Alice -- at.
OJ had the 01 of the most -- done a lot of and the country and what you worked too well repeal some of these ridiculous that a lot.
I guess how would depend upon which pieces of particularly wanna go after it will say this from a big believer in the Second Amendment and I think our and the castle doctrine. And I think our fundamental problem. -- with -- laws generally as we spent too much time worried about the law abiding citizen who's trying to you know comply with the law and not enough time. Chasing the bad guys who are using guns they got illegally in the first place aren't registered in the commission -- crimes and that's really where the focus should be how one that you ask.
About though whether he plans to repeal the amid -- the -- quadrupling of the gun face. All right do.
Richard I do think we should reduce the guarantees if you take the -- feel licensing in the training and all the rest Italians should ask this question where are they pretty -- pretty big sum of money and that's a good when we should reduce the fee because in the grand scheme of things you're talking about a couple hundred bucks and get them alone it.
Right in your party here again your your punishing the guy who goes to the trouble and -- a hassle in many communities to register or god -- like we should reduce affiliate and the illegal -- just goes about his marriage does does is he's used an illegal weapons and unregistered weapons in the first place right in and read an unregistered everything else. Thanks for the call held Danny you're next with Howie Carr and Charlie Baker go ahead Danny.
John you know I'm not good good. Quick question earlier this still. And they're quoting an override purposeful what they do every two years. And it's a discussion part of that they -- they never concede to anything they never get anything out into the taxpayer gets.
Voted no daddy that's it that's your solution right I AI again this stuff -- surely you -- this is the great this is the great thing about prop two and I have a you get a chance the vote. Right.
The bulk but it is saying is that this for the younger children or if we don't support this move would go all cities don't follow -- but I play other this is.
Vote -- be any better predict Mansfield will still be their next year.
I know will be there I know I'll be here paying my taxes artists that do that right well my question is -- operated by the governor. The -- right Kerry got -- but the -- money. That went out what can you do. Would I guess the public service unions took great book or that they -- they.
I guess it's a couple things -- certainly one of them as we should. Do we tend to hold the line on spending and and reduce taxes that's certainly the first thing I think I -- a five and five guy I think we should get the income tax back to five likely voters voted in 2000. And the sales -- back to five but I certainly think. The tax on -- and and and leadership and -- should be repealed as well I guess the other thing I'd say Dan is you know you gotta be willing to be. Tough very tough at the bargaining table and we've talked about a number of things we believe we should be pursuing. As well with regard to some of these municipal issues we've talked about aggressive pension reform and -- process that. Firm with unions that we've talked to about why we think we need pension reform and it's going to be -- sort of number one straight out of the gate issue a -- when. We've also talked and negotiated the bargaining table or you can negotiated bankruptcy court that's that's ultimately the better choice they have as good discussion have had with a bunch of folks at the local level we came out. Big time as supporters of giving communities the ability to implement changes in their health care plan designs and not making him go to every single union to change any of the stuff. And older also he's joining involved in that yet and to join the GSA. And those served pretty significant changes they would say cities and towns probably a hundred million dollars. Conservatively and that would actually do a lot of good things for both local taxpayers and frankly. From from local government isn't tradeoff here you don't do some about pensions and health -- is we're just gonna keep laying off. Cops firefighters teachers and everybody else 18774694322. We'll be right back with Charlie -- Republican candidate for governor I'm Howard --
1877469432. You're talking with failure running favorites to say about this the other night this these these registry branch closings -- are infuriated I mean -- this is that. This is the one agency that everybody in the state has the visit every once in awhile right. In its in its foot and it's making hundreds of millions of dollars in if profit her own words what everyone McAuliffe yes stay married to trying to go and rising costs -- much around and they and they shut down. The one agency that every that affects everybody in the state they shut down twelve branches and it just creates these horrible -- My sixteen year old had to go to get a permit -- take -- permit test should wait and now warning now. It's ridiculous.
Can I tell you story about the permit thing yeah -- and my son is sixteen as well all right so we have the same issue. You go to the registry and you spent an hour and a half working your way through the process right and then you take delight you take the test at the end of the process. First time we took my -- he felt the fill the test. And so my wife's reaction though is why are we taking the test at the end instead of at the beginning because we took the test at the beginning. We would just. -- The business with a come.
Well more serious if you don't get the tickets cigarettes like Jake he's game you don't get arrested the next car garage and tennis Australia are tow guy you know there if you don't Michal license renewed -- to be able to get.
On a plane even though library and that's why we talked about kiosks is there's a pretty decent way of -- these ATM machines of those states use that put him in supermarkets and shopping malls and pharmacies other highly trafficked areas. People can do a ton -- different transactions there's takes the traffic the registry -- a lot more convenient for the paying customer. And and it deals with some of these issues for people about really long drives are really long waits and the other thing is how he. Those kiosks in more martyred CVS or stop in sharp guess what they can be open when they're open so it's like 7 in the morning until ten at night Monday through Sunday. Which is a much better deal -- have -- ago. During work Monday through Friday nine to five.
Standing -- I loved I -- little early on a Sunday morning with no line would that be great yeah exactly. Why should that be sort of question that these -- 1877. Forces because the union would like it to be demanding time and a half. Or double time while. At the end of the day this needs to be about the people who pay the bills and that's the concern that the customer that's the taxpayer. 18774694322. Dan you're next with Howie Carr and Charlie Baker Republican candidate for governor go ahead Dan.
Well nice -- you guys I just got actually two questions about healthcare and immigration. But I also now you brought up the registry MI atmospheric. But anyway about healthcare. It's I was basically unemployed for quite a while I was somewhat -- alphabet. And -- is privately insured. Again and then and still privately insured but I. Every time I wanted doctor had been ordered more.
What that we lost we lost that we yeah we I'm sorry you I'm sorry you while -- got lost there in the end now we didn't touch off though. These -- he's talking he's -- probably he's got problems with his -- I don't deal -- there what he was complaining I don't know -- starter sorry didn't call back to open to write up their bill you're next with Howie -- and Charlie Baker go --
We'll accept bridge tournament -- not. -- and direct a question at a follow up question regarding the illegal immigration and using our state and local a lot forced -- are you also. Or. Using our state local law enforcement -- to control. And help. You know. -- up even the law abiding illegal be illegal aliens and it got there in the state.
I guess the question I'm -- bill comes down to priorities and but I said all along is that I think we should stop cut local aid the states should shrink its own bureaucracy gets serious about balancing its budget. And give cities and towns the ability to adequately police the streets and create sort of a sense of safety and security there. And if that includes -- Some of these illegal immigrants some I think that should be part of the mix but I guess where it's -- is is for me in the short term anyway. When I'm really interested in is given cities and towns the ability. To create a safe secure environment because frankly. You know a lot of these communities without -- safe and secure environment the economic peace isn't gonna happen they're not gonna get the jobs that they need for the people who live there and that's going to be a whole mother. You know drag on the economy and and and and a big issue served for the people who live there and and and worker.
of the local cops well who will say that you know they they stop and illegal alien and you know they write a citation they know they've got a they've given him -- fake names they're the car is unregistered on inspect that uninsured. The -- gonna show up for court. Not today's so. Eventually the chief further both mayor of the selectmen column just don't don't even bother to what to write a citation because it's gonna cost us more money in overtime for you to go and appear when these illegals don't even.
A lot that's why am starting with the security and safety issue first and really dealing with the bad actors I think that's where I think that's where has the start and then they call ice and ice says we don't have room for. Well they will for the bad actors I mean you can get the US attorney's office involved with some of the the gang gun and drug guys and and they will move them and they did Mike Sullivan was actually pretty good about that when he was the US as -- course he's been -- I know I know I know that this is I tell you every DA I talked to a Massachusetts has raised this is an important issue every single one thanks.
I've got our good got a quick question regarding meanwhile you're here we're talking about art that they could target about the bad -- the reality it. If we're looking at you know of a multi generational step it. With the new health care bill benefits the predominant number of potential non. Not electing. It isn't here in this country are illegal alien. Don't are we talking about maybe reducing it by by apple about Apple's ads.
He's talking about -- is ultimate question is a mean how we ever gonna get anything under control when you if you would have an amnesty program for all these people who have who don't pay into the system. Oh a lie look I think I think the governors ought to be allowed more aggressive about. Dealing with the federal government around this issue generally immune to the big. The big not here is going to be at the federal level and I think. I think it's very hard for states on their own outside of some of the things they can do of the margins with regard to law enforcement and and and access to public benefits okay -- still strikers scratching my head. Over how people are able to access public housing and and and child care and other health services you have somebody gets the Emmys a Tony well you know this isn't supposed to be the way it works I mean. Public benefits is supposed to be available live. Citizens of this country and the illegal -- Italy where -- rules -- the people the illegals demanding a meeting with Scott Brown -- that we talked about that the first -- I thought the point you made about you know the kid who goes and fights in Iraq who lives in New Hampshire comes back here and wants to go to school in and what's your college in Massachusetts can't get access to instate tuition somehow somebody. Who's here illegally should be allowed to get access this situation I -- I think that's.

I didn't want -- very old palm. A lot of people are really at it would help tiptoe around her -- don't -- to myself what coming of one tackle at all --
What -- yeah health -- bills bearish.
A Harvard graduate sprayed me with seltzer water around Robert he's got to like guerrilla Michael had open and that bug but anyway go ahead -- It's why you were all we're all knuckle heads share some of us are just a little drier than others.
It's becoming somebody Arco oil and all the street. There healthcare system that brought in Canada. Gives them better than the one that we have now.
No there's is not better and I'll tell you why Robert. There are a lot of people who wind up getting health care services in the United States because they can't access those services up in Canada. Now Canada has a different candidate has huge financial problems they spend almost nothing on defense. Because they don't need to do and yet they still have big time financial problems of their own and it's all driven by the Costa health care and I think the you know for me Robert the big issue around health care in this country and I've been saying this for a long time. Is we have to get a lot more. -- serious about publicly disclosing. Every price how people perform and giving folks access to the same information and health care. The have access to and everything else you know. It's amazing to me that 16% of the GDP 16% of the gross state product to huge complex industry. But nobody knows anything about how much anything costs or how people perform. And I can't think of another industry where there's so little data available in the public domain you should know what the price of everything is your doctor should know what the price of everything has. And you should be able to make your decisions at least by being able of course there are problems -- these quote unquote reforms are gonna make that is the health care system works on an -- Oh yeah and and the thing that bothers me the most about -- it. Every single person voted yes on that bill does so knowing full well they have no idea how to pay for -- None and it was basically what of these things where the other message that the sidebar message was they won't vote will vote for this bill will fix it later well yeah I've heard that one before.
Okay Charlie Baker thanks for being with us we really don't -- it's been -- hasn't heard about spreads -- all around us that's all right it's fine you cleaned it up it's the -- the -- been -- five years of good news and a shirt cuff okay thank you Charlie. --
