For that day off for everybody else and a point in time when everybody acknowledges the state has enormous financial problems and we have a nine and -- half percent unemployment rate. It seems to me that it's not a lot to ask to have. The state get the -- and city government get up and spend tomorrow and doing the same thing everybody else is doing which is going to work. As I said earlier in the registry of deeds will be open tomorrow. In Suffolk County however the registry of probate if you wish everybody register your sex change will not be open you'll have to wait until. Thirsty to join a new gender isn't that isn't how -- I mean I don't get it you know I mean. I understand this holiday pretty well I think but I get confused sometimes why the other one other registry open and the other registry is not.

One and the other thing you have is everybody who works for state government who lives outside suffered Johnny. Doesn't give the day off but if they work they get a paid holiday that they get to add to there. Calculated members of paid holidays which is equally -- is well. Bottom line is I just think. You know that that there are a lot of reasons for people -- be grumpy about about government the public sector and in this one is just one more and I don't know why I don't think it's good frankly for the public sector to have it. To have a hand out there that did it then makes it. To makes it hard for people who work in the public sector as well as for the people who are paying the bills that they which is everybody in the private sector.

Baker would also -- in performance bonuses from step for state pension fund managers when investments don't grow what you have some against my travel leaning I don't understand why -- and the state loses money on its investment portfolio. Chasing health care reform they spend most of their time prison taxes increasing spending and and not getting people back to work which is really what I hear about every day when in my on the campaign trail. I have to ask you about not attending the Saint Patrick's Day breakfast personally I think it was a fine move on your part I think it was a wise thing to go but you know there are some people they were there were some. -- on the message board yes -- and good you know this is. At the kiosks and so he can be in the grocery store picking up a prescription -- at the pharmacy and you can do that simple registry business. And that makes it more convenient for you but it also takes time. Of the foot traffic out of the existing registries and in some states. So in theory you could have people doing a whole variety of of services and a lot of different places in the point here isn't there is a really good when it even thought of that but that's a really interesting idea again I give back to -- they they could shut down a third of those court houses and no one would notice any I mean it's it's it's so apparent that even the judges now we're starting to say let's they want to -- with Kostner. But -- that's that's the tip of the -- but I think some of the so he's being driven by the financial reality of the times that we live in and this is this is to me where and you know financial.
