For for not being reimbursed only for their clocks. So I don't understand how improving access on the one giving people insurance but then having community hospitals all is gonna help -- get better health -- And that's what is bill that we -- is going to do what I think. The federal version is still gonna make things worse and that's really my concern hospitals like Quincy in my -- are. Hospitals all across the state of Massachusetts. -- outside -- hospital some of that that -- is Christi hospitals get our community based hospitals are better really stop for. Under this -- this port disproportionate share hospitals as -- call eight. They cover more of the needy. -- more the old people Medicaid and Medicare patients. But they're not being fully reimbursed by federal government does is in June government so it's it's well cross purposes here and that's why I want the federal government to slow barrel. Yeah and and and I would like to say to I think there are ways to make it work. You know which he can't just open up access. It's opened the floodgates to people mean a great city insurance company big or client. In need to make your money. But for the rest about the taxpayers going to be covering it ended no real reform and -- packet ever reform the way we pay for services. We haven't for reform the way we deliver services. And I think one of the key mistakes is we haven't opened up competition. We still can't buy insurance across state line by get a better deal ending masters is revenue for -- Michigan company. Or on the Connecticut company wide or help the bite from a Massachusetts company who don't -- to pocket the profit. So I think their way for any governor to fix this player without. Kicking people off the -- and I don't intend to do yeah keep people who all but got to bring down low cost competition is a great way to do there.

I was offended by that. They're trying to manage the budget we've been -- it -- would catch what shortage. We're going on almost trivia now we've been trying to manage their very corrupt environments. And it's not just because revenues are going down I mean they've gone down to -- billion dollar. But it's also because we had been spending. Billion adult that can make it to prop up this helped keep they'll and I am -- the belief that made prior to recent -- they've done that if so that they could. Prop up the national billing get to a before anyone really looked under the covers and we look better recover especially what I would call up by the governor. We -- now this.
