Instead Pelosi would rely on a procedural sleight of hand the house would vote on a more popular package of fixes to the Senate bill. And then would it then signify. That law makers quote here's that word again. Deem. Close quote the EE and you're gonna be hearing that word all week. Debt the health care bill be passed. That tactic known as a self execs you to rule or demon path. Will be used in the 875. Billion dollar health care bill. It's more it's a more insider and process oriented than most people want to know the speaker said in a roundtable discussion. -- bloggers on Monday. But I'd like it she said because people don't have to vote on the Senate bill. She likes that Nancy Pelosi likes it because that means that people don't have to vote. I can't imagine that if somebody tried to do that on your board of selectmen. We're gonna vote on whether we're gonna spend more money on schools but we're not gonna have a vote. Then we had abandoned one of Madison's court checks and balances.

Constitutional. Expert Michael McConnell thinks that it would violate the constitution and it would probably end up going to the Supreme Court. To see if they could do it that way in general at the Supreme Court doesn't want to step into. Someone else's view there's three branches of government the executive the legislative. And the judiciary. In general the Supreme Court doesn't wanna step in in situations like that. But they might very well have to do in the situation. Because it's certainly seems to me. That. Vote send this healthcare through bill through without ever taking a vote on it could you ever vote for them again. Wouldn't you go out in worked incredibly hard to defeat them wouldn't you want to.

It's it's amazing to me they're even planning to do this and then how are they gonna come back to Massachusetts the state where we oppose the health care bill. Where we elected Scott Brown because we oppose the health care bill how can they come back to Massachusetts and -- in the face. And that's why that's the whole thing if you win the election you get to pass the bill. Even -- in this case it's even worse they may not even vote on the bill and that's what drives me for easy. That they think they could put through. The biggest change in American health care policy in the history of our country without even voting on it.

What I'm thinking what I'm saying is that even in this case the people who are easily on the NY that aren't. And at this point there how are has already and it did -- their bare naked without the support and they don't get it saying it don't matter. We don't have that the organ eye and I didn't particularly like one.

You have to do in New Hampshire. What we did in Massachusetts when we all got together and worked and tried to help get Scott Brown elected. You have to -- two congressional seats open this year. And that differences between the candidates couldn't be more stark. You have this US senate seat to fill. Mr. hodes the congressman who I'm sure is gonna vote for this. Is running you the chance to defeat him so I hope the folks up in New Hampshire will do what the people in Massachusetts did. In come together and rally behind people -- support what they want supported him Washington. And then you know what President Obama won't be able to get any of this stuff through. Remember what happened in the 1990s Bill Clinton comes in and they tried to do Hillary care. And they tried to ram it through they couldn't get it -- In the American people turned around and they elected the first Republican congress under Newt Gingrich and what was it forty something years. And then the liberal agenda of President Clinton went by the wayside he knew we couldn't get that stuff through anymore. So what did they start to and they started passing stuff like. Welfare reform that really benefited our country changed the welfare system. We can do that this fall first we have to let our congressmen and women know when I hope you're calling yourself the New Hampshire and say. If you vote for this I'm not gonna vote for you in November. And make sure we take a vote.

In Medford since he never comes here. John tear knees is in key Betty and I looks like -- also has one inland. And then the bigs on this rally and this is a vote that may be we can get. He is in -- square right in the middle of the whole. And that's where that rallies going to be. If you wanna go buy your way home from work today tonight status stand out at a rally. And but those members of congress know where you stand. We -- hearing from every one that these offices of being overwhelmed. With people's calls and we wanna thank you so much for being heard. And now like think there's a feeling out there that we can do more they can we can really change things in our state. And I don't think these members of congress get it. In a state that -- sent a brand new US senator to Washington. Mainly because. We think that he would oppose this health care bill. When you mandate that every American purchase health insurance where they want it or need it or not you mandate that every business provided. You create a massive government run up your run bureaucracy in exchange that mandates what's in insurance plans. You -- that all up in about one trillion dollars worth of spending. That's a government takeover of health care. But what's really remarkable about this whole business is not only -- the American people rejected this plan. But the Democrats are so desperate to pass that. That they're willing to trample. On the traditional rules of the house in the Senate. And even trample on the constitution. Of the United States to get it done. Well said even trample on the constitution of the United States to get it done. The constitution provides of the bill becomes flock it's passed by the house and the Senate. Democrats don't actually have the votes to pass the Senate bill so the decided they're gonna tried to pass the bill without a vote. Can you imagine this -- without a vote. World that would be news to the founders of this country and of the trail of the commitment of every member this congress to the American people. I urged the speaker if you have the votes for the Senate bill bring it to the floor if you don't.
