One of the main ways to achieve that is obviously just -- volume back you know lots of choices the we liked sat back in there. So really it's more about the individual on their own individual genetic makeup but how well -- taking care of their skin and know how this does and so. I don't put an -- I've put a limb in terms of of elasticity of skin and how well maintains in this. And even having said that. Sometimes when people get to certain -- is consistent hanging there and you've done your -- -- dollar sort of stuff sometimes you still need to pull the skin sometimes you still do face lift and tighten skin. When they reach a certain -- they lost so much elasticity is just isn't gonna last for long time. -- when the skins kind of class and just gonna hangs there and you if you Poland and doesn't stab back. They can have a visit but you know it's just isn't gonna last for more than a year or two or three is their point where you would do both -- -- the fat transfer in the facelift PS -- you would do fat.
