We've got to get everybody covered in this country right now 36 million people have to go to the emergency room its coverage. They're having preventative care the long run covering everybody is the right thing to do assured the moral occurred every everybody and every other industrial country is covered. And secondly. We got to -- way to bring down cost is everybody in the system and then reform the system and that work will begin as soon as we get ready in the system.

Steve when you look at those other countries those other industrial countries that you meant make mention of though they don't have considerably higher rates of taxation. In considerable public dissatisfaction. With the level of service the quality of service. The rationing of service the availability of service how do you actually get the best of these systems as well I was system is. I think in many ways superior but it does have its limitations -- get the best that them so we don't get the lousy side of those other countries experience.

What does they have right now we spent 2.4 trillion dollars on health care 17% of the GDP. That's about double the other systems. And we do have a high quality system there's no question about it. But of -- 2.4 trillion. 600 billion it administrative costs because of the anachronism that would set this -- fifty years ago. So right now we pay by the pound soaking go to go to hospital and you can attest to -- the -- think -- the second test there test. There are based system and in the US the Mayo clinic the Cleveland clinic -- integrated care delivery systems. They're there are systems that are using bundled payments which means. If you like going get a hip operation took one stride toward that that that includes everything that Ben doesn't motivate them more tests and extra testing an extra -- at the hospital. So the real key here you need someone to go and the congress -- understand their healthcare system is on the Senate and congress together. And they that I understand the health care system. And then realigning incentives if you realigning editing get that 600 they have administrative costs down. You can get the 400 billion of cost for.
