He can -- we'll look like there's a picture that we just put on the web site this week of unique from last week's show. You can get information. You can email us to the website you can do a whole bunch of things you can get onto our preferred provider never put autopilot just a second. You can also call Lauren. She's in my office she's a patient care -- energy feel that a bunch of cost less or some people just -- talked to her about pricing some people just want to talk to her about some of the get some additional information about the procedures. Some people want her to relay messages to us about for you know questions that they were afraid Daschle you can call -- she's really nice -- nice to talk to are you give us a Collison -- elect. She's -- 6179641440. You can look had turned our -- upside wrko.com. And on that website -- a picture of me you can. Look at the fact you can listen to some of our older shows because it really we will shouldn't say older because you really haven't been in the -- but a previous shows. On the audio on demand he can catch -- and so far ahead we've just just put so much information out there that people really are. Trying to catch up of this his threat to the website. And as I talk percent of -- preferred provider now acknowledged his cast -- we have a very secret special guests that work. Could introduce his then the very famous radio personality here from classic and that he'll probably know immediately. But the preferred provider and I always get a real mess. The preferred provider or network is something that. I guess I'd dreamed up one night and it's. Based on the need for patience to know who to go to appease people often called the show and ask for. A specialist the summit I don't do. For example varicose veins or. Something having to do with our problems are areas that I don't deal with. And we decided to create a preferred provider network of people that I know personally that do excellent jobs for example my chiropractor and I've been -- for twenty years is on there and the Democrats my -- on there but we have physicians dentists in -- fast you of people to it you and ducks. Also to ducks I think it just excellent are some. And I like to share their experience and expertise with you. But before we go any further -- wanna introduce. Of course my cohost Cathy Syria who's here with we just about every week. She is an RN an expert in facial rejuvenation. All around good person runs a clinical parliament practice Kathy welcome to the show.

Good morning I think or RD through ten minutes of our our yes this -- don't blink your eyes SaaS arena. And Kathy has some destructs together some ideas about the show today because it's so much. Interest in last week's show which dealt with a lot of lasers definitely and but of course you have to adjust our super secret special famous guest star co hosting the show us and that's who Brady.

Thank you don't really even comes down and they're waiting for the big drum roll and there is so.

Season very famous radio personality and Boston and -- on the air for a long time long time he said it was sunny Joe -- sunny July it was he say he found that the literally found like in the kitchen.

Desolate back in the day value OX four fighters all of the time for that I don't even think I was out of sight that the but it's our -- it was one of those good stories are you kind of mentor me in. I'm off to the year is was with him and took some time off to have get married have babies and now that.

And I think they're probably -- of all the women in wells who I don't know about classic oh yes and I I -- closely I do -- any of their names but you know yeah so you have -- questions perhaps you're on in the we can't really mention the name of the show but we know we don't -- of frustrated every day and it took a drive time show that there's a lot of music and -- mix things up a little bit on the show and -- enter a lot of got asked a lot of assets and son in.

Police that we really need more time like he's half an hour press even begin to we like -- distortion -- cover some of this us no matter who want to welcome you what they feel comfortable that we're gonna answer calls you know any interest to discretion at the callers are.

Passed you by you can you can help percent to the fact we're gonna go right to line one we've got looks like odd Dell. Tell you what --

I know I conduct through so welcome to the show.

Okay thank you. Well what I'm trying can't get I want your opinion on the fact that you know -- a lot of doctors do many different procedures that had if you -- like belt who's but.

How what kind of important you put on followup.

After you have voted for example I could be that transfer for example.

Yes well. I'm gonna take the question as a general question meeting what is someone I got from your question is what is the importance of follow up in this kind of surgery in the yet. Well I can tell you from my own personal experience Microsoft -- it's critically important because. How can you tell how good a job we do if you don't follow up I mean you do the surgery. And that surgery of course has an immediate effect that of course that surgery also changes over time. So an -- for you to deliver the best results you patients you have to see that patient. Afterwards and make sure that their experience was good in the -- you know everything the outcome was good in that they're happier having. And of course as a result changes over time you wanna be there and you wanna look at that results and say gee you know how is that result now five years ten years twelve years later. And you want of course learn over time what you can do to make that experience better for the patient arm get a better off official. In my particular practice I never discharge -- I see them for follow. Forever for example the best on anticipation once they get past and I see the minute we Casey with three weeks issue -- two months to see him six months -- in every year. Every single year. Until they decide they don't wanna come up but I never just charge -- told the south coming because I wanna see what -- also like ten years later. I wanna -- Myers also that it's near the cause I wanna know what that is so -- change I have to change -- thing I can change my approach and continue giving excellent results.

But even if you -- to -- another word maybe the first result is that still what you light.

Dell -- an Atlanta of course is critically important because you know -- while my patients to behalf they want them to -- traditional procedures I want them to send in their friends and they're selling and everyone they know. So you know I just do a procedure and say thanks and good to know you -- is some -- sometime in the future. That doesn't really help them there's really help me and I delivering the best medical care.

You know that brings sought to my mind in terms of med spas in places like that where sometimes people go back and there's a whole turnover. Employees and I think it's really important. To establish a relationship. With a medical office because and you really will get that continuity of care.

And I agree that it -- try to save this set up to the doctors -- appointment or is that up to it says the patient.

Yeah I mean it's a little the EE you know when -- interview a physician or someone other other health everybody -- what is your fuss just calls how often how you know how awful you see me and for how long we see me. You know that may give you some insight into the kind of medical practice dealer. -- you should you should you know when you go and you know you're you're an educated consumer a year you're interviewing the doctor mean when you're paying this is all pretty much out of pocket stuff. So a year you know you're shopping around all we can have people come into our. Our practice they've probably seen -- to -- for the physicians so we wanna make their experience the best -- so they come back to us so. We -- you we're you're expected dinner US are expected to ask this how many of these have you done until I see some before and after photos and are -- board certified plastic surgery and I talked to a couple of your patience until I see you know this and that. That that's expected and he should be doing that as part of any any consultation have a that -- confidence does she know what my.

That I have about that is we do also like to educator patients their a lot of other services we offer in the office. And sometimes I think people don't quite know. Weird ago what else they can do and we'd like to sort of introduce shoot all the other possible things that she could venture to do with what.

I and that's another reason why you know as part of the follow up we might look at casino that procedure we did -- fat chance reference overlooked worker that well but you know we really think he needs some work done your -- you might wanna -- attention I wanna -- laser person. -- we we don't look at it like it's a one shot deal we look at that this is a relationship we have with you I want you to continue looking good and in growing old gracefully and we want you to sort of protect protect all our services.

So this is great mom and pop customer sir yeah financially when mom and pop shop as opposed to those Mets -- talking about earlier. I mean I know from experience of getting your eyebrows lacks a place like that you go back and oh isn't to start now they just -- yeah. I mean you really focus on and customers or did you also have the experience was something with laser eye -- the computer. Person now doing I tried that laser -- years ago was. And I was asking these questions and she said well I'm just to computer technician during the week. In my -- experience -- this like I am trying -- yeah and then they close at all any and that's what happens. And they Oregon I didn't have the mom and pop feel of you know doctor Russo who you yelling you know you know their history and in our patient outcome is really important to us. I think we take pride in trying to help people feel better about how they love --

If part of our job to Catherine I feel this ratio is to educate the people that consumers out there are listeners. Testing -- what kind of people who accomplished or should you be going to when you consider one of these procedures like what should you look for -- don't you know for example don't go to a mall. You know don't go to a place where I talk to you a few years yeah and you know and what do you look for in in a physician we look for detectives. And and we sort of gone over the since -- attempt gambit but it you know people still call up and they. Call with stories about you know being. Hoodwinked or buying a package of procedures silly -- of -- being told -- in the come to us -- you know I had ten laser procedures at the other place they had about his package and I ended up with like. No you know results after ten procedures and -- hair and a lot of hair and wants only another package. Right. That's what's led -- and you know basic on the run as fast they can away from there and come over to us or someplace like us. Because you know -- if we we look at it differently we look at this is like the relationship we're gonna have with you this is really wanna get bigger so we wanna work with you we wanna continue to treat other people when you're so there are other issues that commodity. So we wanna maintain that -- that's really an excellent call BS. He has something that you don't we take for granted I.

We should have been told many -- time on doing Botox -- people -- chino took the time to explain this to Maine. Or tell me. What I could be dealing in general it doesn't mean they have to do everything but at least it kinda give them their options and introduce him to lose some. Things that they might not have even consider even sure that patient may be for the first time may be a little bit insecure -- you very much and you would think having this customer care to explain it and walk them through it like any other service in. Is relax him and they be dwelling -- while they try I'm glad we have retention is it because people feel they're -- that they can ask a lot of questions. And on that we're gonna really pay attention to their results via and we can provide a full spectrum of service to them. But she knows she brought up a point you know something that we really we should get to today and that's about that. Following up on a few those laser calls sure last week because. She mentioned laser hair and having a lot of hair and I wanna hear more about this yeah that's that is such an important topic for men and women to under solution these -- about.

Well actually we were very surprised because overall in the United States. Of the ratio the percent of women having plastic surgery versus meant actually as assesses it suggests. Hello if you had to guess what Chris Paul cousin to procedures performed the country Russia by a board certified plastic surgeons 2008. What percentage of those procedures were done better when we're done on women.

Sixty -- 91%. No 91 to nine is that amazement however if you look at laser hair removal all if you look at laser hair removal 6040.

well well yeah he had seen him at the beach yet right there. So we had to make sense I'm glad I hope -- his pocket I'm never. Tough -- cut us so we had a show that those letters at the -- you know it's a fact that's.

Literally we had to later technicians who work in my office Marcia did acumen -- McGrath. And they just lost a lossless -- we talked to them about laser hair removal got a huge number of calls and our office mostly by meant some -- But a lot of men. A lot of backs face okay a lot of bet yes net this excerpt they -- hair that's -- now.

Yeah it looks so nice because then when they removed the hair on their -- Even if they have a couple days of facial hair growth it they really kind of have they sell you -- yeah yeah so.

And things we learned last week where that once it's permanent. Which people are shocked to now it takes multiple treatments -- hair grows and in various stages. So you need you know depending on the area depending but I darker Harris used to say three to five treatments but it's inappropriate which currently done. We were in love doing under arms materialized late to never have to -- it.

He can do your arm down a down to -- addition there.

Can we do is that the -- might eventually. That's for largest -- have a live demo apparently that would be interest income webcam justly -- up.

pretty painless and it's what we find is that once people do they certainly -- for example there under arms. They're so happy unity show what they'd continue doing of the -- and about it for the -- of all the extra because they don't really want anymore. So it's been really kind of -- I think.

Pain issues important to kind of go back to because you know they do have a cooling -- and peace and they do use ice and on an area like your upper lip they would definitely put a little bit of -- topical on their has swelled so we try to make it country it's not like you remain with any it's a quick. Snap and then when you're done it's not like you have a burn on your finger where -- continues to Bosnia --

A -- so we're talking with -- Syria into Brady. About plastic surgery you feel free to join us for 6172666868617. 2666868. Yeah I think that's an interesting point Kathy I mean people don't realize that. Lasers you know have taken or so much of plastic surgery for example I used to do a lot of changes inject a lot of those little since binary into -- we no longer do that. It's all done with laser. People feel we should do tattoo removal with derision when Nolan would do that that's all -- with laser beacon nest patent -- in there. With just using lasers without cutting the Skinner damages can we -- skin and brown spots yet we get rid of browns let's get dressed as we can do all these things. That I used to have to do surgically that now look we have 66 laser technicians that work.

That's what they do all that or even -- mold removal for the most part he used to CO2 laser. That's as close to excite having a dream -- I -- and that's painful -- bullpen like that. Yeah I mean really we've got to the -- words it's pretty pain free -- while it's also less of -- scholar you know we really had you yeah semi. Last year chance increases that your gonna have a scar left behind so it's really nice when you can laser.

Malls office well but it's chance -- transformed plastic surgery and that's pretty I mean it's. It's it's wonderful we're gonna go cost of -- all -- two calls up we've got Jim online for Jim welcome to the show.

I bet it might -- a picture of my pleasure. I had a ruptured by ship repair about four years ago yup. That it left a giant. BL shape. Garden a little bit of both the middle of my -- yes and it's. It's pretty battle through it does is it it's awful throughout. Yet that you really yet very bought under scary it is it possible to be removed. Call it -- or erased or whatever.

Okay let's talk about scars in general because if you have a -- permanent because generally speaking to make a scar you have to have a could cut the goes all the way through the skin. And so then you'd want your skin is sort of put back together -- whatever. The scar tissue -- those two edges of the skin together so that's cartridge goes all with his console it's permanent you can get rid of a scar. However you can make scars better and there are various ways emissions cars better if it's all over your elbow joint which is ethically says hmm. Going over the elbow joint is hard because obviously that everytime you move your elbow but snow stretches the scar. So you could certainly reduce the -- this certainly lasers are gonna hamstring scars. But if you really want an excellent results in that area probably gonna have to keep double kind of strained out for a while you have to be in some kind of a splinter something. They just because every time you bend it if you if you bend elbow right now feel and consent area there's very little loose skin. So so every time you do it did -- the price up you can probably get the -- he could never get rid of apple would also do it in stages may begin and that. Area yeah you could do in stages. Jim you can take little parts of it out -- did do it so that this this is the majority of the scars still -- hole in the rest of its the other. You could certainly do but you can make it better but you can't get rid of -- forever. Are or are you welcome Jim thanks for the call. Tom yeah that's that's something that a lot of people who understand. Once you have a scar it's there forever yeah now one other thing I wanna go back to laser fret we'll get -- that we'll get that after the break we're 6172666060. I'm doctor so in this exchange left.

Russo is a board certified plastic surgeon who's been in practice for nearly twenty years to set up a couple twenty years to set up a consultation with doctor -- and his talented staff. Call 6179641440. In his office awaits your call it's 6179641440.

Welcome back. So much talk about. So little time thirty minutes remaining. All right away six point 72665866. When 76. -- is with us today she's got like that and just that's how we're in the break -- got eleven because -- a couple of phone calls but all these questions that we were.

We're gonna get -- but first we're gonna go right through the phone call the -- he's been holding first a few minutes. Online -- he's -- Amy. Are you there any.

Yes but I can't go under in I had some treatment that each eight ironic that you and what -- terrorist. Is there is being used CNET that for -- is there are other. Projects that might do a little better job at -- well.

Absolutely a great question it -- for the rest of our callers or listeners highly -- guess that is that Stiller somebody that used to add volume to the face off you were injecting it. In the cheeks in the area under the live sometimes into the lips area -- the mouth carries a loss of volume in the face and -- ironic acids commonly known as the rest. -- last Eleanor what -- Is a good seller but it doesn't less reliance that things that lasts longer would be great yes. Larry DI ES SE which lasts about a year year and a half sculpture which is a new -- we talked about last week. Which lasts about two years and the other option of course is taking sat from another part of your body and transferring it into your face we call the fat chance I like that. I wanna hear more about that yeah. It's. -- tech we did when yesterday in the off that beautiful face fat transfer unit as women age I think probably due to estrogen. Withdrawal and then just hormone changes that occur. As a women ages from -- hidden volume in their faces and most of the volume loss.

Use the result of fat -- niche shows up really in the women that exercise a lot and I thin unfortunately. Right tradeoff congress should not normal weight and not overweight or maybe help you a little plump women. Have beautiful face yes they don't look as good on TN RA don't get is wrinkling.

Right as women aged -- time and their faces and that's what makes him look older the primary site of lost I think they're -- is your cheeks cut. Really -- so like that Disco guy though I have two things to add to that one is sometimes people don't always get the correction that they need to say don't wanna. They don't always invest in getting enough of the products and that be one thing I would want an -- In terms of -- arm will last a good year if you get a correct -- but if you're trying to stretch that one syringe out to too many areas you're not going to be able to get the longevity out of it either.

Any which area were which years are you treating. What the -- are custom.

Yeah -- yeah -- he asked generally need a fair volume and in Ohio I guess would not be mighty Stiller of -- area. I would use either -- yes or sad because so they really had a lot of blind to the say so.

Mullen even under the cheap one now that we're looking a lot more sculpture. Where it's helping you kind of firm up that area. I think that might be something you might wanna consider.

do we answer your question Amy. There are thank you for the car so as to what's what what are what are people wealthy dying you know about OK well a lot so my friend Veronica.

Oh my god I can't quit Chan yeah. The -- she just send me an email comes said. Actually I have a question about the fat from under my eyes and hands dropped down to my cheeks right and she doesn't look like that by the way she's gorgeous you know roughly how old is. Roughly -- is -- of forty wanna get in trouble yeah I think that's. -- a sense that she's beautiful -- that some.

They think that staff from their eyes is going to it isn't what what's happening is the chief -- descending. And it's making your eyes look a little bit more hollow OK so it's really I would that without seeing -- dollars to donuts that. She's losing volume in their cheeks and how we just he's a fellow at the last caller in her cheeks.

And from what even say they can take that fat -- elsewhere and put them there absolutely. I love it's a wonderful thanks -- yet you're still wind when the interview him about it is -- definitely and how do you do that you just take it and.

We do it doesn't office procedure now can we do sort of look what we call a manual episodes we take the sat out using a syringe and a little you know canyon a little tube. And we -- up by hand was very gentle we don't -- damage the fat cells you want them to survive through very.

Our our clients are happily medicated it's not. -- you know like where you're gonna say oh my goodness you know they've injected me with all the slide -- have a nice a cocktail now patients.

I think that's an easy and have a smile again we snake that sat out and we spent -- data separate the fat separate to bluster but the fluid through all this stuff we have pure fat. Hank telling them up your face it that's where we're going to inject and we just injected back into the face looks.

Like is putting. Her second senate -- consistency it's letting those sculpting Republicans can they choose and the fat comes from -- Chile. The behind the size it was -- days -- are better than others in terms of what we found for the fat itself what how it looks yet known how Long Island we love the waist yeah. -- handle area -- yeah.

The nice part about has opposed any of these other top Phyllis you've been talking about which are. Gonna degrade and break down fat has a tendency to be permanent. Yes I we all know that so food -- you can get it to survive in the face of -- and end up someplace he'd prefer it. Where a 6172666866172666868. That 25 minutes left. You annoying about plastic surgery please give us a call. So what else the peoples of another.

a lot of my friends are doing the Botox but I you know it's just now does it hurt. Well I can't I mean women be more comfortable doing. That type of procedure only goodness I don't even think of that is.

In pain in I mean are we use what's called -- thirty -- you know which is probably the swallow a small sniffles and made it's probably used in this piece of your hair wouldn't. --

leisure eyebrows you can yeah you and that hurts too it's not as painful not -- he says it's you know somebody. I think a lot of times it's maybe that's technique if somebody's really saying it hurts a lot -- then somebody's not it and you're telling me you like -- yeah hot.

I mean we generally and these people are really sensitive -- might give a little ice or some -- the -- but I was saying 90% of the Arnaud -- I don't -- cousins are gonna just because it had before and it really I know what it is it doesn't -- just give it to me and not a problem -- women are just starting with crow's feet or in between their eyes and therefore what this calls. We believe we -- forehead wrinkles that that's -- because the forehead wrinkles a sort of angry number eleven between your eyebrows. And the crow's feet around the eyes yeah that's.

Problem Kia laugh lines they like Valentina. Which Sutton you don't have to altogether get rid of them meet -- if you -- our -- a little bit -- sometimes that they don't wanna change but completely. They can soften them and it sometimes that in itself makes a nice improve.

SS and about Botox and can cut about follow up. You know when the patients -- week we asked him how was the result was that enough was it too much was it just right and we consider it to the intimacy not. I let them but there was a little bit more emotional I wanna can do tomorrow or some might say no. I look like I was too -- I don't want as much you know I want you give me last so you can customize the approach she can just customize I don't.

Recipe in their charts so that we all are on the same page about what works for them because that's one thing about -- it's very consistent. And once she nailed down how much they need you can pretty much get a consistent results Oprah because I have friends that don't like to move your face at all.

Yeah well I know you got a question about presentation is that we're gonna go to the phones now. On line one we've got bill bill welcome to the show with doctors so.

Thank you thank you very much technical error report questioned. Maybe you can give me some. -- with the -- That. Let them mailman -- they've made incisions. Only about half way up -- here. And and it went around the back here. Into an airline like a typical -- yes vision yes. But what ended up -- it like it because they didn't make the decision up to high end up. On the front of the year and only started about -- should I actually ended up getting bowling on the lower ear lobe. Yeah I'll do it in you know unleashed so now I'm looking for corrective surgery. Took two of strict bed at night went back to the doctor and he's mortal -- two do it and I abuses doctor before he's -- great workshop not I'm not angry with them. At the same time. If it didn't come all right the first time I think. Going back to a it would be like another which I know the specific attachment point should have to be. Doubt in our debate or used it faced left hand and and that's what did you do it there's probably some different procedure. But I think there -- The mistake was it was a -- properly it was he didn't may be attached properly you know too much pressure on the year low can bush and that is so to go back again and just -- more than same could be. Could result any kind of worst problem for make sure so maybe I I. I particularly trust who. Our world. You know on the on the air but I'm looking to see maybe some suggestions so what. What you've seen as far as certain occasions surgery for right you know very elongation of beer out the you know or fearful.

But that that's an excellent question I mean I guess for the rest of our listeners -- should make it clear that a a necklace to simulate the lower half of the faceless and when you're doing a facelift. You're really working from the base of the lower eyelids and the base of the -- that whole area. And necklace is really in reserve for somebody who doesn't really need a facelift -- that means their faces. You know pretty well intact but their next starting to sag and there are lots of ways of treating them that you can do just liposuction you can do laser that tightens the skin you can do combination of those two procedures. You can do a necklace which is the more radical of those procedures reaction you have to make an incision. Tight in the muscle take guts and -- But of course he can get this from the bill's talking about where. The ear lobes are not -- hats to properly to the face an enemy and that looks awful yeah nominal charge that. And the bill it isn't the difficult revision and what you might do and yet I. Ask them how he's gonna do it you know you need he should be able to get.

A sense of war what's gonna happen by virtue of his answer. -- any idea is essential hasn't Desi -- they're -- has to be completely disconnected released movies from our from the skin. And that whole has to be closed. So that that part of the -- was no longer attached to the states. -- you should be fairly similar if you could just have a may be drawn out on your face or. You know show you yeah. Scar the first time.

Actually beat the top at this car our -- Ares I find it doesn't look. Too bad but the other one actually did analytic got a little bit raised up on want to hear it and try in the front of the year. And but like I said it and my concern is it might be more of the same because I don't sand shot dead. And I researched this quite a bit and I know that the attachment points are usually quite high up on the here facelift and Tom and that is sort no pressure applied to lead to a lower tier level that.

But that's not what you actually signed up for it sounds like you sign up for a necklace.

I can't blood sport right but nonetheless the and that to me B -- started only -- it may be here to. -- It's going to leave -- more about elongated scar right below the year low.

lots of ways of doing and that's why would say go ask him what he's planning but was a necklace in general most of the attention be behind fears that there should be -- are no attention on your front every year. All the attention should be inside one of the things we do now to -- but took -- alleviate any tension in the years we actually use a tissue glue. That we actually spray under the skin and attached to the muscle so when we need. But are there is no attention in the way we -- gluing the skin does is a must of things -- and it works within three minutes. So by time we attached the year end -- by the time we do our posters -- we've got absolutely no attention to this perhaps a bit its -- may be -- may be issued as a familiar with a but a lot to isn't doing it. Mobility go to -- but I just think if you you have him explaining what he plans to do.

You know that may give you a better sense and if that doesn't if that doesn't make sense it and -- somebody else. Okay carried out thank you click off. There was a call from wells he said about was -- presentation. Yes it -- silicone versus saline -- something to think about that huge we're gonna take that call right after the break for a 617266668. Conduct -- or target by changing your life.

Doctor Russo is a board certified plastic surgeon who's been in practice for nearly twenty years to set up a consultation with -- doctor -- and his talented staff. Call 6179641440. His office awaits your call it's 6179641440.

Welcome back foot 61736. He's 68 we've got sued gradient to my right -- Syria to my left met her wow great size does that dance silent killer here as my two -- and I'm in the studio. Listen to this stuff. And we're getting inundated with calls from Wellesley women about.

I am I -- my emails going up my voice -- the question of the day is for breast implants. Silicone. Saline. Huge huge huge --

Well we're gonna try to get to send a wire on silicon his unit to test of breast implants silicone. He's now back in the market under strict and use their off the market for about twenty years. And people do all kinds of studies nurses' study these doctors studies authentication studies. After twenty years of looking at thousands and thousands of women in multiple centers across the across the continent as well as the world. They've concluded that they cannot find anything wrong with so accomplice have -- so they're back the FDA has released them unrestricted use. They cannot find anything wrong with them they don't cause any diseases of people thought. And so their backs to the question becomes you know what to use and yes silicon inputs are more expensive in saline implants. There -- about twice as expensive but they're better they feel more natural they look more natural and less painful. They just are better implants.

So they're not generic as opposed to this is the real thing yeah saline implants have several advantages. -- implants com has an empty bag. Just depending guy and you fill up at the time surgery to be competitive make a very small incision put him into the small -- and emblem up other inside the patient. But celebrations have blown them off the fill them up -- could be found this in my and a they're in such case if so the other advantage is that you can adjust to because as you know every Willis has a symmetric -- have -- medal women's to best of exactly alike so. You often have to put a little bit more one and Clinton the other. He end -- you can hold this little to -- a very small incision that's all fine and wonderful however. Silicon implants com are filled pre filled so you can't than just them okay had a bigger incision. Gil -- windows in one unit had a go in one user. Saline implants also ripple. And by that I mean rippled the net -- yes they can -- Cannot say this is not realistic outlook now. Now and then but forum. For women who have enough breast tissue the rippling isn't he can't see it or feel it. -- very thin women -- women with very little breast tissue the rippling can become an issue and then they really have to go to --

Okay certainly sets our recommendation you know that we will leave it up to them to make the final decision yet we would highly encourage you would -- you would say this is what I recommend definitely I mean.

It -- it has enough -- some you can go either way and that's you know but if someone really -- has very little specificity you know I really think you ought to go silicon because you're going to be unhappy in six what you gonna be back you're saying what's this replaying their right. Husband feels this doesn't like that are I can see -- from a cross and then you going to be forced to go to a silicon and so. Certain pace to say I give them the choice very -- the choice but -- if I encourage them to go silicone for the.

And in terms of post up peeling I think the silicon -- dropped faster they get softer faster. And I think in general people find that it's an easier recovery. He and they just and -- just look better feel more natural immunity yet people won't know that you had I mean if you're going for that real hard to porn luck. That's when you maybe wanna go with --

Ailing or really into that lets see if not you can't find well no I never knew well the husband say don't like that look at the not a -- in the know could you know that's an underground thing.

But I would say if for a long time all we did was sailing and people come in asking for -- we really couldn't do them. Now I'd say well what's a pretty geeky hackers what do yeah I just south of reception -- of good 95%. Are probably silicon them. Hmmm. Yeah that's that's who I wouldn't slow the set pilot I guess and it's come out.

With that new moderate profile plus which is a nicer it's -- kind of an in between implant where it's. Fills up the breast tissue again but it's not overkill it's sort of a moderate implant they used to have a low profile and high profile and now they have this nice middle of the road one which is a little more conservative. But. Most women that come in that are older are not looking. For large -- yeah just wanna fill up their old breast tissue that gala went.

Lost to Philip yeah so what is dead. Average age of the woman that would commandment -- well there's three different groups of women the first to -- very youngest group you know eighteen to 25 really never had breast tissue at all. And they just. Never had it always wanted to where they're very -- symmetric on the very asymmetric and I had so that the younger women who just never had it and feel what they can't go to the BC can't wearing break -- it -- It's like they can't arrest of procedure I had -- yeah -- to -- that -- so that's that's -- The next group is the group of women who have you had breast tissue. Had chills mommy hood and then they lost the -- hello stereo I'm right -- not gonna go to the good -- That group of women though just wants -- what they've lost. And that they are younger -- in his thirties they've had children message you know -- bid for my kids now my kids they're 56 how on back. I and a third group is a -- women who perhaps still have some message but it's old drooped. The 4050 and sixty we year old woman who just has nothing on top the -- poll fullness it's also to below the the also kind of bottomed out. That's a third of -- my -- lift they might just need an augmentation that might -- both. And that's something we have to determine my friends that she's to be at 36 C not she's a 36 loan yeah. Does he fall into that -- I bet that would give them a pass on your word okay. So it's you know it's is this is the kind of -- Schwartz individualized and every -- different. Part of it is what -- they want part of it is what what they're by the candle. Part of it is that what makes sense for them physically up to a lot of factors that go into the equation and then that patient ultimately makes the decision as to what size what shape what style. What type of -- best for them.

A lot people I think don't even realize when they command you actually trying on a brawl with different size errors. That'll tell you that determine week he will get a sense of how your breast size by measuring the -- that that. But then you can actually try on lots of size -- to get a feel for what you're looking forum -- a nice clean he taught something where you could see. On realistically what how might look.

And how much of that -- say does the husband have during that this hi -- and that's a serious questions.

You know what it's if you might find it hard to believe but most women -- an army that has -- PM.

Really really. Well you meet -- and tell you -- like for you yeah yeah yeah yeah stuff we don't necessarily mean literally and stands very interest in relief that I did definition during the.

When men do command is always a court what do you think kind of mental isn't always the finale you can't let go big I mean it is it's.

Going to be bigger he'll want to come the boyfriend the boyfriend the boyfriend I guess what that's called an investment just --

But husband's a kind of like how out of it you know and they just don't. Don't can't -- part of the whole process for at least in the off I had great you know I agree I do find that interesting --

Yeah I hadn't thought about it before now but. At that point I think women know what there look in a lot of women make that improvement. For themselves they're right they -- and give them for there which I mean their husband benefits. And they certainly want it please -- hasn't but I think there with their real decision is about I wanna feel better and I myself right. Which explains the young ones who bring the boyfriends he had yet move they wanna please the boy from more than yet and most -- answer we've had ten. Tried yet. Haven't come they've come back can because then they're not so sure about the size they've picked because maybe they're being influenced by the -- I really don't want a -- you into a yeah did you know hello this --

Do we did have a day I -- woman who is of some of the beauty queen yes. Just listened to -- a bigger than chic at the -- he had a second thought I came back into that -- I just don't think this is good for her -- I was small we have put smaller implants that yes we did a direct and I'm glad she did because it was kind of crazy for her -- I wonder she's still listen. I hope not. Yeah. Things. Well -- summit this would not finished our way now WinFS got 45 seconds left. -- plus Intel.
