I would dispute. How well those schools actually work but I don't wanna get into that I would just say that those are homo genius. Affluent. Sophisticated communities were the kids coming into school knowing so much and being so motivated. -- in general -- difficult job compared to the urban areas. And Massachusetts overall does well when you compare our state wide testing two other states but. I think that's because it's an affluent state. And it's say highly educated state IE parents are highly educated their for their kids. Tend to go into schools already sophisticated already well read. Already acclimated towards being intellectually sophisticated. The problem areas are the urban areas. The great burden. For the future of this country. Is that our cities. Are turning out kids who don't know square one about what they need to get through life. They don't know the basics. Of what they should be getting from an education. This is because. The schools in urban areas in general stick in the city of Boston the schools are horrific. But there are. In Boston and other cities around the state. There are beacons of light those beacons of light -- Charter Schools. The power structure hates Charter Schools because teachers unions hate Charter Schools why do they hate charters. Because Charter Schools. Are given the freedom. To hire teachers who were not in the unions. And given that freedom. They can make any rules they want taken longer days. They can have the teachers work harder. They can have expectations of the kids that are well outside of the normal. School expectations. And as a result the best schools in the state of Massachusetts. Are Charter Schools because the teachers unions don't like them. Because they teachers are not unionized in general. In a charter school. The politicians who control the state. Don't support Charter Schools so here's what we have in our system today. We have the bad schools the vast majority and the successful schools the Charter Schools guest who supports the bad schools. Democrats. Guests who controls the state of Massachusetts Democrats. Guess who controls the city's.

You're only allowed to spend 9% of your school. Budget. In a school district on good schools you're limited to -- 9%. Of your school budget on charters. Why because charters work. And charters don't follow union rules they don't have union employees the union's leverage over our political system is so great. That we have a limit on good schools in the state of Massachusetts. Deval Patrick is getting a blazing headline because he's flip flop. He's flip flopping but what is he proposing he's proposing lifting the limit on good schools for 9% to 18%. How about saying. No more bad schools. How about limiting. School district spending two 9% of their budget on horrible schools instead of being allowed to spend 91% of their budget on -- horrible schools. Do you see how -- responsive to us our government is because. Our our -- pull politicians are controlled now by special interests because the unions have so much clout their partners with Democrats. Democrats have destroyed our schools and in the urban areas. Because. Of that partnership. Democrats will not support Charter Schools even though Charter Schools are the ones that are winning. In cities like Boston that have already reached their cap or close to their cap on charter school spending.

You have a situation where. Schools how lie names of people. Waiting. Big game praying. To get their kids in crying over the fact that they can't get their content because there are not enough seats in those schools. Because of the limit on good schools imposed by the Democrats.
