We are doing great and with delighted to have you let's get right to the the politics -- and I would always get right to it being seen as the most pathetic politician in the history of mankind you cannot lose to her -- You cannot. Right out of the -- Yeah yeah. The guys don't have to sugar -- don't have to pull any punches. I already I you know she's a scary character she's one of the biggest phonies in politics and she was terrible governor avoided solving that the education crisis and things like that any idea that. Things have shifted up there. To this extent that that she's even competitive skiers and column.

Well look if they have always been competitive in New Hampshire and the you go back to read the seventies we had to liberal US senators John -- and and -- Macintyre. Races are always competitive -- that you point -- the contracts. And the youngest person in the Senate. I still have more experience than Barack Obama. I.

It doesn't take anti -- its own.

There you go and I passed legislation banning Internet taxes protecting our national forest. I wrote. And passed amendments the Patriot Act when they try to -- that the Patriot Act -- I was going to stand up and say maybe we should add a few more protections for civil liberties so you know I've got a record of passing legislation that's good for New Hampshire. She obviously failed to deal with education funding. I think it was a sales tax now. -- from Massachusetts I believe if you understand New Hampshire has no sales tax. -- we do very well because we have no sales tax and anti trying to give themselves the state of sales actually would have just destroyed the economy. In the southern part of this state that the border with the Vermont border with Maine and so there's no real contrast and success and leadership then we'll bring that up.

Senator let's go up the food chain if we can't just a little bit given issue a sense of the the McCain. Obama fight they had the struggle. That all going to play out simultaneously with yards.

I look at just think about the issues people are talking about it. People talk about energy. You know John McCain's going to lift a ban on offshore drilling Obama is not Barack Obama wants to. And we will win it all acts like Jimmy Carter type retail. And it it would keep its. Fortunately we know it didn't work then and it won't work now where we ended up increasing our our energy imports. As untaxed booze it was -- in the middle of an economic slowdown and Barack Obama wants to raise taxes. That's the one thing every once in a -- agree. We shouldn't do don't raise capital gains taxes which he proposed. Don't -- Social Security taxes which Obama proposed. And look we're going to repeal the death tax let's leave it in the ground let's not let it come back. That's from the dead in 2011 so. You know taxes you have energy precipitated. The economy and energy. And these things people care about right now in this environment and that's that's John McCain and that.

Senator what's your advice to John McCain in terms of a vice presidential pick and what name would help you simultaneously with help and John McCain.

I really don't think vice presidential choice it has that significant impact in the election. Mitt Romney's name is out -- as you -- know. Governor plenty. I think. Choosing someone from outside of Washington. Is there's a good thing to do it the right thing to do it is six anybody shouldn't do boost tourism 35 year insider from the United States that I would definitely a lot of -- suggesting the John McCain.

We're puzzled as to who -- to whom you might be making reference the about it. -- your opponent dead GG he was three term governor what she not yet.

Banning Internet access taxes -- things that help -- economy helping camps is environment. So it's it's a real contrast I have one question for you -- yeah Ireland what they. It is no question about it based personal investment would have John Kerry's -- little trying to be humorous and always all the little flat. I listen to five minutes of Deval Patrick I didn't understand -- actually ha ha ha ha.

What I. -- into the job try to bring the job and understanding that you don't run out processed the whole process just because like the title is going to bring something to the table and and the background I have an engineering and and small business manufacturing in New Hampshire and we growing up in this state as well. Gives me a group perspective on what. Values and priorities are important to the states and and you you'd give those employees. And and contribute. The problem solving using your experience. -- get outside of -- planning to run for another process. It's it's not about about the title and he he can never forget that look one of the reasons. It's really easy for me to keep that in mind is because I have seven Brothers and sisters. And and you know pretty they don't hesitate to tell me. You know whether they think I'm should be focused on what they think is important and so most of them live your new mantra that the children. But just like me.

And where -- I'd order with your siblings job.

Three older sister went. And for younger brother.

They get played on would you agree I didn't want to -- Another. I get it I mean a couple times a week. It seems like by the Democrats really -- put all pretty heavy I've I've gotten. A lot of calls. And economic and blue collar guy. And maybe I -- but a lot of but democratic rule let's let.

You know -- make that I'd never heard that suggested probably do about high paying jobs that you should vote for him -- That's a that's really pretty pretty unusual that.

It is going to -- now so how all true is that by the way just you know settle for the president sent a --

And I and obviously our. We're going to -- and we'll have it just as strong grassroots effort. You know you've got to always going to be careful with the phone calls because people don't like to be bothered too much but it's about calling it's about nearly. Even more important though and from my perspective that it's about meeting people in person unlike.
