And now we have a conference committee and that'll really be the proof of the putting as to how much was spending out of the rainy day fund. Whether any of these earmarks are going to survive at all whether governor governor Patrick's obviously is really can really claim an 80% growth. Since he came into office so let's stop what that one because that's when you were quoted on.

What is your you know and that is the concern I mean all indications are that -- revenue benchmarks will start declining. Precipitously potentially very very quickly that the -- take out is great they're great concern and -- the administrator accounts mr. speaker you know there's the old 100 accounts that are currently -- cabinet level executive agency level. If -- they've grown on the order fifteen to almost 30% in many areas environmental and public safety education. The commissioner of education and the governor's office which the what what are the large pieces of that is that three million dollar volunteer program. That the governor created and I think we wanted to do was bring attention to those accountants say without -- some serious restraint. When it comes to growing the size of government. Which is increasingly becoming unsustainable and and that's what we are -- and I sort of a conference committee after the last eight or nine years and this is probably going to be one of the most difficult ones that we will encounter because. I think just as we're about to undertake our work and what we're going to see great concern around. Benchmarks and it potentially lowering revenue estimates for next year and urged that the economy -- and we may have to recent of these things including potentially somebody over.

College I don't necessarily disagree and you -- yet but there are 200 members elected in the legislature and quite frankly the United vehicle program expanding. They come from our constituents. Everybody medical I would -- I've talked about a part of it in my district in. In my Kansas State rep as a great job -- that some initiative that that really came from citizens editorial asking us if there's away from the tourism economic development point of view we could assist. That entity which is in -- heritage state park in downtown -- That nobody got to if not this merry go round and so you know every line item has been destroyed itself coming from our constituents and it is our job which are to secure -- The other B wing conservative as the -- there was a one time it's under enormous pressure. And to try to satisfied members and discuss most members -- it if there's going to be a sobering accounting at the end of the day as we get to conference and a final budget.

The representatives and senators need to send their constituents know because if you if if -- me what I want built.
